Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 6th Dec, 2019

as per the latest neet notification all of the colleges need to take admission in mbbs , bds or any other courses on the basis of neet exam score. and the eligibility criteria is candidate need to have 50% marks (general category) in pcm in aggregate, sc/st/obc-40% aggregate marks in pcm, so there is no other notifications available regarding aiims or jipmer marks criteria, so you can take their marks criteria should be same as neet exam.

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 6th Dec, 2019

Bhagya, if you fall in the Creamy Layer of OBC, then you have to select your Category as General Category while filling in the application form. But if you fall under Non creamy layer you have to select OBC. Now even if you belong to OBC-NCL but want to opt out of reservation, you can select General Category. But if you belong to OBC-NCL and you want to claim your reservation, you can change your Category during the correction window when it opens in January 2020.
