Admit card will beavailable online in the month of May, 2016 tentatively. SMU MBBS 2016 entrance exam admit card will have candidate’s personal information along with the examination slot details they have chosen through Online Booking System from University website. It must be noted that hard copy of SMU UGET 1 2016 Admit card will not be dispatched to any candidate. All candidates are required to carry admit card with them to the examination center and keep it until the SMU UGET 1 2016 result is announced.

Earlier, AIIMS and JIPMER used to conduct their own entrance test which no longer will take place now.
So, yes NEET will be the only entrance test conducted for admission to MBBS
Yes, you are eligible to write NEET from UP, even though you want to take admission in a college of Delhi. The admission is taken on the basis of your marks and rank, so it does not matter from which state you have given the exam. But you won't get the benefit of state quota.
