Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 Admission Application Form - The application form of Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 is now available. Aspirants who wish to pursue Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Science (BDS) from various Government or Private Medical and Dental colleges of Tamil Nadu need to fill Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 application form. The Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 admission form can be either download or purchased from any of the 19 Government Medical College and 1 Government Dental College.

Candidates can obtain the application form of Tamil Nadu Medical 2014on a written request to the Deans/ Principal of any of the Government Medical or Dental college of Tamil Nadu. The request letter must be sent along with the demand draft of Rs. 500. The demand should in favour of ‘The Secretary, Selection Committee’ and payable at Chennai. SC/ST/SCA candidates who are native of Tamil Nadu are exempted from payment of cost of Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 Application Form.

The Tamil Nadu Medical Admission 2014 form can be downloaded or purchased till May 30, 2014. The filled application along with necessary enclosures must reach by June 2, 2014 to the admission office.

Procedure for Filling and Submission of Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 Application Form

Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully before filling up the application form of Tamil Nadu Medical 2014

  • Candidates should use only one application form for both MBBS and BDS courses

  • Fill up the application form and OMR sheet legibly, neatly and correctly because the information will be processed by computer. And, if any discrepancy will found the form will be rejected

  • Do not fold the OMR sheet under any circumstance. Making a hole, using a pin or a stapler on the OMR sheet should be avoided. Cutting, overwriting and erasing in the Application form and in the OMR Sheet or Scrutiny Form (for Downloaded application) should be strictly avoided

  • Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 Application Form with incomplete or insufficient particulars or without enclosures or those received after the last date mentioned will be summarily rejected without intimation to the candidate

  • Filled up application without the signature of the candidate will be rejected

  • Candidates should affix recent passport size photographs taken with name and date in places provided in the application form and the OMR. The Photograph pasted in the common application form alone should be duly attested by Group A or Group B officer of the Government of Tamil Nadu or Central Government or the Head of the Institution last studied

  • The photograph affixed in the OMR need not be attested

  • All the entries in the Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 Application Form and OMR should be written legibly by the candidate in his/her own handwriting. The candidate should ensure that all information including the marks in the qualifying examination furnished by him/her in the application and the enclosure are correct

Document to be enclosed with Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 Admission Form:

  • Mark sheet of H.S.C. (Academic) examination (both sides of mark sheet should be photocopied) or any other equivalent examination of the first appearance
  • Transfer certificate obtained after the completion of H.S.C. (Academic) or equivalent courses
  • X standard Mark Sheet
  • Certificate for proof of study from VIII standard to XII standard
  • HSC Hall Ticket
  • Self addressed and sufficiently stamped acknowledgement card.
  • Two self addressed envelopes
  • Community Certificate (if applicable)
  • Nativity certificate with supporting documents (if applicable)
  • First graduate certificate (if applicable)
  • Special category form(s) with Demand Drafts and relevant certificates (if applicable)
  • Income Certificate (only if applicable)

Hello there!

Greetings!

NEET PG 2020 will be conducted on January 5, 2020. Exact dates haven't been released but tentatively the application process of NEET PG 2020 will start in the first week of November 2019 , While students can fill their application form till fourth week of November 2019 . So, last date will be 4th week of November 2019.
In the application process, candidates have to register online , fill the application details, upload photograph and signature and make application fee payment.

As per NEET PG 2020 Eligibility Criteria,

candidate must have provisional or permanent medical registration certificate issued by MCI or a State Medical Council. that is to be carried on the day of the exam and during admission.


So, having a provisional certificate is also applicable.


In addition to the above criteria, candidates needs to have a valid MBBS degree from an institution recognized by MCI and have a degree or provisional certificate.Also, it's mandatory to have completed rotatory internship on or before 31st March, 2020.

If you are asking about neet pg, then photo requirements for neet pg application form is that"-
  • it should be a color one with white background only and at least 75% coverage of the face and head of the candidate, it should be passport-size, and not older than 6 months,
  • should be devoid of any border and the facial features and should be clearly visible,recently clicked,
  • Should be having the name of candidate ,date of capturing the photograph  imprinted at the bottom of the photo,
  • should be of 3.5*4.5 cm (width*height) in dimension and
  • the file size not more than 80 KB,printed on a high-quality paper with a resolution of at least 600 dp.

The NEET PG 2020 eligibility criteria for aspirants appearing in the postgraduate medical examination has been listed below.

Candidates must possess a valid MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), and have an MBBS degree or provisional certificate to that effect.
Completion of the rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2020.
Provisional or permanent medical registration certificate issued by MCI or a State Medical Council. This must be carried on the day of the exam and during admission.
Candidates who have studied/qualified MBBS from Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible for All India 50% Quota seats. Only candidates who were nominated by the Government of India (under central pool seats) to study MBBS from Medical Colleges in Jammu & Kashmir shall be eligible for All India 50% quota seats. Such candidates must submit a duly signed affidavit declaring this.
