Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 Admission Application Form - The application form of Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 is now available. Aspirants who wish to pursue Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Science (BDS) from various Government or Private Medical and Dental colleges of Tamil Nadu need to fill Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 application form. The Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 admission form can be either download or purchased from any of the 19 Government Medical College and 1 Government Dental College.
Candidates can obtain the application form of Tamil Nadu Medical 2014on a written request to the Deans/ Principal of any of the Government Medical or Dental college of Tamil Nadu. The request letter must be sent along with the demand draft of Rs. 500. The demand should in favour of ‘The Secretary, Selection Committee’ and payable at Chennai. SC/ST/SCA candidates who are native of Tamil Nadu are exempted from payment of cost of Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 Application Form.

The Tamil Nadu Medical Admission 2014 form can be downloaded or purchased till May 30, 2014. The filled application along with necessary enclosures must reach by June 2, 2014 to the admission office.

Procedure for Filling and Submission of Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 Application Form
Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully before filling up the application form of Tamil Nadu Medical 2014
Candidates should use only one application form for both MBBS and BDS courses
Fill up the application form and OMR sheet legibly, neatly and correctly because the information will be processed by computer. And, if any discrepancy will found the form will be rejected
Do not fold the OMR sheet under any circumstance. Making a hole, using a pin or a stapler on the OMR sheet should be avoided. Cutting, overwriting and erasing in the Application form and in the OMR Sheet or Scrutiny Form (for Downloaded application) should be strictly avoided
Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 Application Form with incomplete or insufficient particulars or without enclosures or those received after the last date mentioned will be summarily rejected without intimation to the candidate
Filled up application without the signature of the candidate will be rejected
Candidates should affix recent passport size photographs taken with name and date in places provided in the application form and the OMR. The Photograph pasted in the common application form alone should be duly attested by Group A or Group B officer of the Government of Tamil Nadu or Central Government or the Head of the Institution last studied
The photograph affixed in the OMR need not be attested
All the entries in the Tamil Nadu Medical 2014 Application Form and OMR should be written legibly by the candidate in his/her own handwriting. The candidate should ensure that all information including the marks in the qualifying examination furnished by him/her in the application and the enclosure are correct

- Mark sheet of H.S.C. (Academic) examination (both sides of mark sheet should be photocopied) or any other equivalent examination of the first appearance
- Transfer certificate obtained after the completion of H.S.C. (Academic) or equivalent courses
- X standard Mark Sheet
- Certificate for proof of study from VIII standard to XII standard
- HSC Hall Ticket
- Self addressed and sufficiently stamped acknowledgement card.
- Two self addressed envelopes
- Community Certificate (if applicable)
- Nativity certificate with supporting documents (if applicable)
- First graduate certificate (if applicable)
- Special category form(s) with Demand Drafts and relevant certificates (if applicable)

my provisional mci registeration expired and i still have to complete my internship can i apply for neet pg?
If youa re enquiring about NEET PG 2021, NBE releases the official notification for NEET PG during the month of November. And those Candidates who want to apply should be in a position to complete their internship by March 31st, 2021 atleast which means they should have completed their exams and joined the Internship. But if your provisional MCI registration has expired, then unfortunately you might not be eligible for NEET PG. This is because one o f the eligibility criteria is that Candidates should have a valid Provisional registration and should have completed their Internship by the mentioned period. Having said that, things might change for 2021 in regards to the eligibility criteria, internship period, etc. But how things will unfold, we need to see. Because the pre set eligibility criteria like being able to complete Internship by March is technically not possible for many students who are still awaiting their final year exams. So things and criteria might change but we do not have the complete information yet. So we need to wait to hear for any official notification regarding this. But technically, you need to have an active Provisional registration.
I qualified in neet pg markes311 where I get pg seat
As you have mentioned that you have secured 311 marks in neet pg. So your rank would be around 50000+. So, it seems difficult to get a government seat as the no of seats are less. Will Neet Pg 2021 be postponed?
As of now there is no news about postponing neet pg 2021. As per the official guidelines made by UGC neet pg 2021 exam will be conducted in first week of January 2021.Admit cards will be released in fourth week of December .Neet results will be declared in the fourth week of January.
