Tamil Nadu PG Medical 2016 Exam Pattern helps candidates to know about number of questions asked in the paper, subjects, marking scheme, exam duration etc. Tamil Nadu PG Medical 2016 is state level entrance exam will be conducted on February 14 for admission to as many as 465 MD, 291 MS and 403 Diploma programmes seats available in government and private medical institutions of Tamil Nadu.

Highlights of TN PG Medical 2016 exam pattern is given below:

Exam Day & Time – Tamil Nadu PG Medical 2016 will be conducted on February 14. The exam will be of 3 hours duration

Mode of Tamil Nadu  PG Medical 2016 – Exam will be conducted in pen and paper based mode in which candidates have to mark their response in OMR sheet

Number of questions - The question booklet of TN PG Medical 2016 will have 250  Multiple Choice Questions with single correct response

TN PG Medical 2016 marking scheme: Each question will carry 1 (one) Mark. There will be no negative mark for incorrect responses. Zero mark will be given for questions not answered. When more than one answer is indicated or when it is illegible, no mark will be awarded for that question. The maximum marks will be computed to 90

Negative Marking – No marks will be deducted for each incorrect response

Language of the Question Papers – The question booklet given to candidates will be in English language

TN PG Medical 2016 Syllabus - The booklet of TN PG Medical 2016 exam will have questions from subjects taught during the MBBS course including pre-clinical, para-clinical and clinical.

The NEET PG 2020 eligibility criteria for aspirants appearing in the postgraduate medical examination has been listed below.

Candidates must possess a valid MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), and have an MBBS degree or provisional certificate to that effect.
Completion of the rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2020.
Provisional or permanent medical registration certificate issued by MCI or a State Medical Council. This must be carried on the day of the exam and during admission.
Candidates who have studied/qualified MBBS from Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible for All India 50% Quota seats. Only candidates who were nominated by the Government of India (under central pool seats) to study MBBS from Medical Colleges in Jammu & Kashmir shall be eligible for All India 50% quota seats. Such candidates must submit a duly signed affidavit declaring this.

Dear Sreenivasan, NBE hasn't released NEET PG official notification and schedule yet. As of now, all we have is a tentative schedule. The official notification will be released tentatively during the 1st or 2nd weeks of November. To be eligible for NEET PG, you should be able to complete your 1 year Mandatory Internship ateast by March 31st,  2020. how many phsically handicapped seats qouta in M.D.S in government Colleges .........in neet pg M.D.S

hello aspirant,

there are total 1352 seats are available in government colleges in india for M.D.S. however as per the rules of government of india 3% seats are reserve for physically handicapped candidate, (only for physically handicapped with the locomotory disorders and that too with disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% as per MCI regulation) . so total 40 seats are for physically handicapped.

Greetings!

You will be happy to know that there's no minimum percentage which needs to be obtained by medical graduates to be eligible for neet pg . To be eligible  for neet pg  medical graduates are required to possess Indian Medical Council Act 1956 recognised MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate. Candidates are required to mandatorily have permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification which is to be issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC) and candidate must complete their one year internship on or before March 31, 2020 to be eligible for Neet pg 2020. when I open any college profile, there is written - (Exams accepted Neet UG,Neet PG. etc) what does that mean?

Dear Utsav, that actually means the College in particular has MBBS, MD,MS courses and the admissions to these courses are through NEET UG, NEET PG,etc. Apart from MBBS, courses like BDS, Ayush, Veterinary sciences also conduct admissions through NEET. In some States, courses like Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy also accept NEET score. So, if you are searching for any Medical College, this information showing up is pretty normal.
