Tripura Join Entrance exam 2016 is conducted by The Tripura Board of Joint Entrance examination (TBJEE) at approximately 9 centres in India for admission into undergraduate medical and dental courses. TJEE Medical 2016 is scheduled to be conducted on April 26 and 27, 2016 for providing admissions to 200 MBBS seats in 2 medical colleges of the state.

Yes, you are eligible to write NEET from UP, even though you want to take admission in a college of Delhi. The admission is taken on the basis of your marks and rank, so it does not matter from which state you have given the exam. But you won't get the benefit of state quota.
