TN PG Medical 2014 Application Form - Tamil Nadu Post Graduate Medical 2014 applications have been invited for admissions to MD, MS and MDS courses in Tamil Nadu Government Medical Colleges and Self financing institutions. Candidates need to fill in Tamil Nadu PG Medical Entrance 2014 applications and send the hard copy to the address mentioned below before January 27, 2014.

TN PG Medical 2014 exam is scheduled to be held on February 16, 2014.

Candidates need to download the prescribed application form from the website and fill in the application form in own hand writing.

The eligible applicants need to remit an application fee of Rs. 2000/- in form of a Demand Draft.

The filled-in TN PG Medical 2014 application form along with the required enclosures and three self addressed envelope need to be sent to the address mentioned below. The envelope must also contain a Demand Draft of Rupees Two Thousand (Rs. 2000/-) only drawn in favour of The Secretary, Selection Committee payable at Chennai along with the enclosures.

Moreover the candidate is required to write his/her name, course name on the reverse of the DD. SC/ST applicants who are the native of Tamil Nadu are exempted from fee payment.

Below is the list of the enclosures:

  • MBBS/BDS/Diploma course completion certificate from the last attended recognized college

  • MBBS/BDS/Diploma Degree certificate or provisional pass certificate from the last attended recognized college

  • Compulsory Rotatory Internship Certificate from the Dean/Head of Institution

  • Final MBBS/BDS marks sheets

  • Permanent Medical Registration certificate issued by Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council

  • Community certificates, if applicable

  • Eligibility certificates, if applicable

  • HSC/Equivalent Examination marks sheet

  • TNPSC Selection and Posting Order (for service candidates)

  • Nativity certificate (if applicable)

All these applicable enclosures must accompany the DD and three self addressed envelopes.

Note: Applicants must note that incomplete applications or dispatched without enclosures are liable to get rejected.

Dear Sreenivasan, NBE hasn't released NEET PG official notification and schedule yet. As of now, all we have is a tentative schedule. The official notification will be released tentatively during the 1st or 2nd weeks of November. To be eligible for NEET PG, you should be able to complete your 1 year Mandatory Internship ateast by March 31st,  2020. how many phsically handicapped seats qouta in M.D.S in government Colleges .........in neet pg M.D.S

hello aspirant,

there are total 1352 seats are available in government colleges in india for M.D.S. however as per the rules of government of india 3% seats are reserve for physically handicapped candidate, (only for physically handicapped with the locomotory disorders and that too with disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% as per MCI regulation) . so total 40 seats are for physically handicapped.

is any minimum markes in mbbs criteria for neet pg 2020?

Greetings!

You will be happy to know that there's no minimum percentage which needs to be obtained by medical graduates to be eligible for neet pg . To be eligible  for neet pg  medical graduates are required to possess Indian Medical Council Act 1956 recognised MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate. Candidates are required to mandatorily have permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification which is to be issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC) and candidate must complete their one year internship on or before March 31, 2020 to be eligible for Neet pg 2020. when I open any college profile, there is written - (Exams accepted Neet UG,Neet PG. etc) what does that mean?

Dear Utsav, that actually means the College in particular has MBBS, MD,MS courses and the admissions to these courses are through NEET UG, NEET PG,etc. Apart from MBBS, courses like BDS, Ayush, Veterinary sciences also conduct admissions through NEET. In some States, courses like Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy also accept NEET score. So, if you are searching for any Medical College, this information showing up is pretty normal.

How many attempts are allowed for NEET PG exams?

Dear Priya, there is no upper age limit for appearing for NEET PG and also there is no cap on the number of times one can appear for NEET PG. As long as you fulfil the eligibility crtieria, you are eligible to appear for NEET PG. Having said that, with amendments to NMC Bill, in the next 3 years, NEET PG may be scrapped. Until then, NEET PG will be the entrance exam for admission to MD/MS courses.
