Duration: TS EAMCET Medical 2015 Exam to be of 3 hours duration
Number of Questions: The exam has 160 Multiple Choice Questions (40 questions from each section of Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany)
Marking Scheme: For each correct response candidate scores 1 mark and no negative marking is deducted for incorrect response. No mark is to be awarded for multiple marking (marking multiple responses) of any questions
Syllabus: TS EAMCET Medical 2015 exam is based on the syllabus of either 10+2 or HSC.
Qualifying Marks: The qualifying mark for general category candidate is 50% securing while 40% for SC, ST and OBC. Rank list is based on the candidate’s scores in Physics, Chemistry and Biology

Yes, you are eligible to write NEET from UP, even though you want to take admission in a college of Delhi. The admission is taken on the basis of your marks and rank, so it does not matter from which state you have given the exam. But you won't get the benefit of state quota.
