UPCAT Dental 2016 Merit List: Association of Private Medical and Dental Colleges (APMDC) of Uttar Pradesh, the counselling conducting authority of UPCAT Dental admissions 2016 will be releasing UPCAT Dental merit list 2016 as per NEET-1/NEET-2 scores secured by the candidates. This comes after the Supreme Court’s ruling on May 9, 2016 on scrapping all private, deemed and central universities’ medical entrance examination from the academic session 2016-17.

Candidates who have appeared in AIPMT/NEET phase 1 or will be appearing in NEET phase 2, scheduled to be conducted on July 24, 2016, will only be eligible to participate in the counselling procedure of UPCAT Dental 2016.
Candidates must note that in order to qualify NEET 2016, they have to score the lowest possible marks in the medical entrance exam as pre-determined for their caste categories.
Qualifying marks out of 720 marks
50% which is equal to 360 marks
45% which is equal to 324 marks
40% which is equal to 288 marks

Important highlights of UPCAT Dental 2016 Merit List:
The merit list of UPCAT Dental 2016 will be released in August, 2016
UPCAT Dental 2016 merit list will consist of candidate’s name, merit rank and total marks obtained by candidates
Candidate whose name will appear in the merit list will have to undergo the counselling procedure of UPCAT Dental 2016
The UPCAT Dental Counselling Schedule 2016 will be released after the declaration of the merit list

Yes you can give NEET after 12th exam and the eligibility criteria to sit for the NEET exam is class 12 only so you are good to go. First go through the syllabus and try to complete the portion which is in your class 12 so that you will left with only class 11 for revision and deep learning.

There is no upper age limit till the Supreme Court passes its judgement on it. If no barrier occurs by Supreme Court then you can surely give the exam
