UPCMET 2016 Result: The result of UPCMET 2016 is scheduled to be declared, tentatively, in the second week of June, 2016 by the exam conducting authority, Uttar Pradesh Unaided Medical Colleges Welfare Association. The UPCMET 2016 result will be declared in the form of merit list. Candidates who will appear in UPCMET 2016, scheduled to be conducted on May 14, can check below for the UPCMET result 2016 on this page. Those candidates who will score a minimum of qualifying marks in the entrance exam will only be eligible for allotment of 2000 MBBS seats in the 18 member institutes of the exam conducting authority.
In order to qualify UPCMET 2016, candidates belonging to unreserved categories have to score a minimum of 50% marks, whereas, candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories have to obtain a total of 40% marks in the entrance exam.
Important highlights of UPCMET 2016 Result:
The merit will be prepared on the basis of average percentage of total marks obtained by the candidate in Paper-I
In case of two or more candidates obtaining equal percentage of marks, the rank of such candidates will be determined on the basis of marks of Paper-II
In case of same marks in Paper-II, candidate of higher age will be placed higher in merit

Candidates whose name will appear in the merit list of UPCMET 2016 will have to undergo the counselling process, scheduled to be conducted after July 15, 2016.
Note: Rank obtained by the candidate in benefit of relaxation of minimum marks in UPCMET2016 will be cancelled in case the claim is found to be fake or invalid at the time of admissions.

Yes you can give NEET after 12th exam and the eligibility criteria to sit for the NEET exam is class 12 only so you are good to go. First go through the syllabus and try to complete the portion which is in your class 12 so that you will left with only class 11 for revision and deep learning.
