UPMT Medical 2016 Application Form - The application forms of UPMT 2016 are available in online mode from March 21, 2016. Candidates need to fill up the application online and pay requisite exam fee latest by April 25, 2016 and send a hard copy of completed UPMT 2016 application form with the proof of payment to the examination conducting university i.e. H.N.B. Uttarakhand Medical Education University, Dehradun till April 30, 2016. Candidates can apply for UPMT 2016 from the link provided in this page below-

Highlights of UPMT 2016 Application Form Procedure-

  • UPMT 2016 application forms are available in online mode only

  • Candidates are advised to fill up the UPMT application form 2016 carefully because they would not be able to edit later. Any incorrect or incomplete application form will be rejected by the examination authority

  • Candidates need to mention only active email id and other details as they will receive further details about admission process. Candidates will also receive a copy of their UPMT 2016 admit card on their registered email address

  • Before start filling up the UPMT 2016 application form, it is advised to keep a scanned copy of your passport size photo, thumb impression and signature to upload during the application form filling process

  • It is advised to go through the instructions and fill up the UPMT 2016 application form accordingly

  • Once the application form is completed, candidates need to take a print out of their completed application and send it to the university office address

  • Applicants need to preserve a copy of their dully filled application form of UPMT 2016 for future references

  • Application fee is Rs. 2000 for general category and OBC candidates and Rs. 1400 for reserved category candidates

  • Candidates can either pay through online mode, i.e.Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking 

  • Candidates can also pay through Bank Challan which can be generated after completing the UPMT application form 2016. Bank challan is payable at any branch of Allahabad Bank

  • The last date to pay the requiste exam fee is April 25, 2016

UPMT 2016 application form must be submitted to the following address along with the proof of payment on or before April 30, 2016

does 10th marks matter for neet

Hello there!
Greetings!

No your 10th marks is not taken into account for considering your eligibility for neet examination, it is your marks in class 12th which is taken into account for considering your eligibility for neet examination.

You can check the neet eligibility criteria provided below :-

  • You must have passed in Physics,
Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of
50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.

  • To be eligible for Neet 2020 you need to be at least 17 years old or more by December 31st, 2020 .

  • There's no upper age limit for neet 2020.

  • There's no attempt limit for neet examination.

Ramani, your code will be 07. Code 07 says: Any other examination which in scope and standard (Last 02 years of 10+2 Study comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Bio-technology; which shall include practical test in these subjects) is found to be equivalent to the Intermediate Science Examination of an Indian University / Board, taking Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Biotechnology including practical tests in each of these subjects and English.

Himanshu, if you are from Karnataka, your code will be 03. Code 03 says: The Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination in Science of an Indian University/Board or other recognised examining body with Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Biotechnology (which shall include practical test in these subjects) and also English as a compulsory subject.

But if you are not from Karnataka, your code will be 02. Code 02 says: The Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of such study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology (which shall include practical tests in these subjects) and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training after introduction of the 10+2+3 educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education.

It will be 05. Code 05 says: The first year of the three years degree course of a recognised University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests in these subjects provided the examination is a University Examination and candidate has passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology with English at a level not less than a core course.

Amar you need to choose the code 07 as code 07 is for aspirants who have passed any other examination which in scope and standard is equivalent to the Intermediate Science Examination of an Indian University/Board, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests in each of these subjects .


You are eligible for neet examination only if you have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.
