UPPGMEE 2015 Application Form shall be solely in online mode from first week of Feburary 2015. Information brochure kit containing online application form will be available in online mode only. Candidates are required to visit the official website of exam conducting authority King George’s Medical University, Lucknow to create login with a valid email id and create a password.

UPPGMEE 2015 Application Form Procedure


  • Once you have created a login, a mail shall be sent your email id as confirmation.
  • Click on the confirmation url link . the activated account has to used for online filling of UPPGMEE 2015 Application Form.
  • Provide all the mandatory details asked in different tabs of the form and upload all the required documnets. 
  • UPPGMEE 2015 Application Form Fees – Candidates need to remit the requisite amount of application form fee either online or offline process.
  •  Online Payment – You are required to remit an application fee of rupees One Thousand Eight Hundred only (Rs. 1800/-) using a Debit/Credit card. The transaction charges shall be applicable as per the bank regulations.
  •  Offline Payment – Candidates can deposit an amount of Rupees One Thousand Eight Hundred only (Rs. 1800/-) and Rs. 50/- as Bank transaction charges in A/C No. 914020001400337 of UPPGMEE 2015 at any branch of Axis Bank. Else you can even deposit the application fee of the same amount and Rs. 20/- as Bank transaction charges in any branch of Allahabad Bank A/C No. 50188399585 of UPPGMEE 2015.
  • The following scanned documents are required for upload:
  1. scanned image of your signature in jpg format and its size should be between 250 KB to 500 KB
  2. canned image of your photograph (above mentioned image size)
  3. scanned certificate from the Principal/Dean of College/University from where you have completed your MBBS/BDS, certifying your name, photograph, signature and handwriting
  4. Scanned Handwriting Sample 

After completing the application form and uploadind the documents, to submit the form click on "SUBMIT" tab. And, take a print out of the UP PGMEE 2015 Application Form .

Candiates are advised to dispatch  the print out of completed application to the below mentioned address so as to reach within first week of March, 2015.

Hello there!


NEET PG 2020 will be conducted on January 5, 2020. Exact dates haven't been released but tentatively the application process of NEET PG 2020 will start in the first week of November 2019 , While students can fill their application form till fourth week of November 2019 . So, last date will be 4th week of November 2019.
In the application process, candidates have to register online , fill the application details, upload photograph and signature and make application fee payment.


i have completed my internship in feb 2019 . does permanent registration required for registration of neet 2020 or provisional registration will also be work

As per NEET PG 2020 Eligibility Criteria,

candidate must have provisional or permanent medical registration certificate issued by MCI or a State Medical Council. that is to be carried on the day of the exam and during admission.

So, having a provisional certificate is also applicable.

In addition to the above criteria, candidates needs to have a valid MBBS degree from an institution recognized by MCI and have a degree or provisional certificate.Also, it's mandatory to have completed rotatory internship on or before 31st March, 2020.


Do the photograph taken be wth name placode, date or plain.

Hello there!
If you are asking about neet pg, then photo requirements for neet pg application form is that"-
  • it should be a color one with white background only and at least 75% coverage of the face and head of the candidate, it should be passport-size, and not older than 6 months,
  • should be devoid of any border and the facial features and should be clearly visible,recently clicked,
  • Should be having the name of candidate ,date of capturing the photograph  imprinted at the bottom of the photo,
  • should be of 3.5*4.5 cm (width*height) in dimension and
  • the file size not more than 80 KB,printed on a high-quality paper with a resolution of at least 600 dp.

i got user id and password during registration,but before completing it the web page is closed.how to complete my neet pg mds registration form with user id and password

you need to complete the application form filling with in 31 , October 2020 with payment. as you have login ID and password please follow the below link. click on the applicant log in and give the I'D and password.

The NEET PG 2020 eligibility criteria for aspirants appearing in the postgraduate medical examination has been listed below.

Candidates must possess a valid MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), and have an MBBS degree or provisional certificate to that effect.
Completion of the rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2020.
Provisional or permanent medical registration certificate issued by MCI or a State Medical Council. This must be carried on the day of the exam and during admission.
Candidates who have studied/qualified MBBS from Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible for All India 50% Quota seats. Only candidates who were nominated by the Government of India (under central pool seats) to study MBBS from Medical Colleges in Jammu & Kashmir shall be eligible for All India 50% quota seats. Such candidates must submit a duly signed affidavit declaring this.
