Candidates applying for WB PG MAT 2016 must fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria. The online application forms has been released on December 4, 2015.
Important features of WB PG MAT 2016:
Candidates must be an Indian citizen
Candidate must be a domicile/permanent resident of West Bengal
Candidates must have passed secondary and higher secondary or its equivalent examination from institutions in West Bengal
Candidates must have completed MBBS degree from any university of West Bengal
Candidates must have completed rotating internship on or before April 30, 2016
Candidates must have obtained permanent/provisional registration number from WBMC
Candidates who have not passed the secondary and higher secondary examination from the state of West Bengal but have studied MBBS from any university of West Bengal are eligible to appear in the entrance exam
Candidates whose parent (s) are permanent resident/domicile of West Bengal and have not passed higher secondary and MBBS examination from the state of West Bengal are also eligible to appear in the WB PG MAT 2016 examination
Candidates must have passed higher secondary or equivalent examination from the state of West Bengal
Candidate must have completed BDS degree from any university of West Bengal
Candidates must have obtained registration number from the State Dental Council
Candidates who have not passed the secondary and higher secondary examination from the state of West Bengal but have studied BDS from any university of West Bengal are eligible to appear in the entrance exam
Candidates whose parent (s) are permanent resident/domicile of West Bengal and have not passed higher secondary and BDS examination from the state of West Bengal are also eligible to appear in the WB PG DAT 2016 examination

Dear Utsav, that actually means the College in particular has MBBS, MD,MS courses and the admissions to these courses are through NEET UG, NEET PG,etc. Apart from MBBS, courses like BDS, Ayush, Veterinary sciences also conduct admissions through NEET. In some States, courses like Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy also accept NEET score. So, if you are searching for any Medical College, this information showing up is pretty normal.
Dear Priya, there is no upper age limit for appearing for NEET PG and also there is no cap on the number of times one can appear for NEET PG. As long as you fulfil the eligibility crtieria, you are eligible to appear for NEET PG. Having said that, with amendments to NMC Bill, in the next 3 years, NEET PG may be scrapped. Dear Shyam, there is no upper age limit for appearing for NEET PG. You haven't mentioned your highest qualification. But for being eligible for NEET PG, you should have completed your MBBS along with 1 year mandatory rotational internship. You can check the complete eligibility criteria here:
Now regarding PCPNDT, if you are a registered practitioner, you can undertake this 6 months training. So, if you fulfil the NEET PG eligibility criteria, you can appear for NEET PG and your age shall not be any hindrance.
