AIAPGET 2022 Exam: Counselling Dates (Revised), Round 1 Registration (Started), Merit List

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the All India Ayush Postgraduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET 2022) in two shifts. The Shift-1: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM will be for Ayurveda, and the Shift-2: 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM will be for Unani, Sidha, and Homeopathy.

As per the latest update, the AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) has extended the AYUSH PG 2022 registration and choice filling dates for mop up round. All qualified aspirants can register for mop up round till February 28, 2023. The direct link to register for AYUSH PG counselling at aaccc.gov.in. 

On the basis of AIAPGET 2022 admission will be granted to MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha & Homeopathy courses offered in AYUSH Colleges, Institutions & Universities/ Deemed Universities in India. The AIAPGET  2022 exam date is yet to announce. The AIAPGET 2022 results include the cutoff which must be secured to pass the entrance exam. The cut-off of AIAPGET is the minimum qualifying percentile that must be secured to pass the AYUSH PG entrance test.

On the basis of scores obtained, the AIAPGET merit list 2022 will be released, while the separate merit lists will be prepared for Ayurvedic, Homeopathy, Yoga, Unani and Siddha courses. AIAPGET 2022 counselling will be conducted by AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) for admission to All India Quota (AIQ) seats. While the remaining state counselling authorities will conduct AIAPGET seat allotment for state quota seats. On the basis of, AIAPGET 2022, admission will be granted to around 2,274 seats in AYUSH postgraduate courses.

Before applying for AIAPGET 2022, aspirants must check the eligibility criteria of AIAPGET 2022 specified by NTA. Here are some of the crucial AIAPGET eligibility criteria for 2022:

• Aspirants must have a valid BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BSMS degree from a recognised institute.
• AYUSH graduates should have completed or likely to complete one-year rotatory internship on or before December 31, 2022.
• A provisional or permanent registration certificate of BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BSMS should be issued by Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), Central Council of Homeopathy (CCH), state board or deemed university.

NTA has released the AIAPGET application form 2022 at aiapget.nta.ac.in. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria can fill the AIAPGET 2022 application form till the last date. To appear for the computer based exam, it is mandatory for aspirants to complete AIAPGET 2022 registrations. The steps to fill AIAPGET application form 2022 are:

Steps to fill AIAPGET application form 2022

• In order to register, candidates must enter their basic personal details such as complete name, parent's name, date of birth, category, gender, nationality, mobile number, email ID among others.
• While filling AIAPGET application form 2022, select a category, enter permanent as well as correspondence address with pin code. Also, aspirants are required to select their preferences of exam cities in which they wish to take the exam.
• In the third step, the scanned copies of the passport size photograph and signature must be uploaded. The images should be uploaded as per the specifications as prescribed by the authorities. The specifications of images to be uploaded has been mentioned in the table below.
• The application fees of AIAPGET 2022 must be paid in online mode using credit/debit cards, net banking and UPI. The table below mentions category-wise registration fees to be paid by aspirants.
• After the successful payment of application fees, AIAPGET confirmation page 2022 will be displayed on the screen. It is advised to download the confirmation page for future references.

NTA will open the AIAPGET application correction window facility for all the registered aspirants. Through the AIAPGET 2022 correction window, candidates will be able to edit the details, photograph, signature and submission of fees.  It is to be noted that the correction window is the one time opportunity for aspirants to modify their details and will be available only for the specific time period.

The admit card for AIAPGET 2022 has been released in the online mode and can be downloaded till the exam date.  Only the registered candidates can download AIAPGET admit card 2022. Once the admit card is downloaded, it is advised to verify the details printed in it. In case of any discrepancy in AIAPGET admit card, it is suggested to contact the admission committee immediately. • Submit the application number, date of birth and security pin
• AIAPGET admit card 2022 will be displayed on the screen

It is important to carry AIAPGET hall ticket 2022 along with passport size photograph and photo ID proof at the exam centres for verification purpose.

AIAPGET result 2022 has been announced in the form of scorecard. Candidates can check AIAPGET result in online mode entering roll number, date of birth and security pin. In order to qualify the exam, it is mandatory to secure AIAPGET cutoff percentile 2022. For general category, the minimum qualifying percentile is 50th, while for SC/ST/OBC, it is 40th. AIAPGET result 2022, which will be valid for particular session, mentions name, roll number, total marks, subject-wise scores, All India Rank, category rank and cutoff marks.

In case of more vacant seats left under each category, the central government in consultation with CCIM may lower the AIAPGET cutoff percentile and marks for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses in AYUSH. 

Using the scores obtained in AIAPGET 2022, NTA will release a combined merit list and a separate merit lists will also be prepared for Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Unani and Siddha. AIAPGET merit list 2022 will mention the rank of candidates and counselling details.

The cutoff of AIAPGET 2022 is the minimum percentile secured to qualify the AYUSH PG entrance test. The regulatory body will release the AIAPGET 2022 cutoff scores with the result. AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) conduct the counselling of AIAPGET 2022 for admission to All India Quota seats. AIAPGET counselling 2022 will be conducted in online mode on the basis of ranks secured in the entrance exam. The seat allotment of AIAPGET 2022 for AIQ seats will be organised in two rounds. 

During the registration process of AIAPGET 2022 counselling, aspirants will be required to fill their choices of colleges and courses in which they wish to get admission. Based on these preferences, All India Rank, seat availability, reservation criteria and other factors, admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma under AYUSH courses will be granted.

The counselling for remaining state quota seats under state/UTs/deemed/AYUSH colleges and other institutes will be done by respective counselling committees. The designated admission bodies will use the scores of AIAPGET 2022 to prepare state wise rank list for allotment of seats.
