my2020 neetpg general rank allindia78000 iam ews catagiri what branch pgseat my rank

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 4th Apr, 2020

According to previous years' data, 78000 is a bigger rank for a seat in any specialisation even with EWS reservation. Having said that, this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, difficulty of the exam, and no.of seats available for each specialisation. Please try our College predictor to check the possibility of other specialisations with you rank across India:  https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-pg-all-india-college-predictor

is there any correction fee for meet 2020?

Aditya kumar Student Expert 3rd Apr, 2020
Hey there

There is no fee required for using neet correction window unless you change your category.

If you change your category using neet correction window then you have to pay fee equal to difference in the amount of fee for the two categories.

For example if you had chosen General EWS as your category but then changed to general category then you will have to pay amount of 100 while making correction . This is because application fee for general category is Rs 1500 whereas application fee for general EWS category 1400.

Yout neet correction window will be open on 1st April 2020 , while the last date to make corrections using correction window is April 14, 2020.

You will be able to use correction window by visiting the official website i.e ntaneet.nic.in once the correction window gets opened

What tentative AIR/score may be required in NEET PG (preferably in 2021) to get a seat in MS General Surgery in Govt Medical Colleges in Kolkata like Medical College Kolkata, R.G Kar Medical College, N.R.S Medical College, CNMC or IPGMER?

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 3rd Apr, 2020

Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET PG score and difficulty of the exam. We need to have an idea of 2020 NEET PG Counselling allotment results to speak about NEET PG 2021. This also vastly depends on your Category and the State that you hold the domicile of. If you hold West Bengal's domicile the rank might be much lesser than that of if you do not hold West Bengal's domicile. So it is too early to speak about NEET PG 2021.
