About NEET 2023
The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) exam in 13 languages. The single national-level undergraduate medical entrance exam, NEET UG held every year for admission to 645 medical, 318 dental, 914 AYUSH, and 47 BVSc and AH colleges in India.
As per the latest update, the authority has released a notice regarding Manipur NEET 2023 exam date. The NEET UG 2023 exam for Manipur candidates will be conducted on any date between June 3 to 5. The confirmed NEET 2023 exam date for Manipur candidates will be announced soon. Manipur candidates can also change their city of examination from the prescribed list of exam cities through Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) facility. The facility will be available from May 28 (7 AM) to May 30 (7 PM).
The NTA conducted NEET UG 2023 on May 7 from 2:00 PM to 5:20 PM in pen and paper mode. NTA will release NEET answer key 2023 soon at neet.nta.nic.in. On May 6, the NEET 2023 exam was postponed for aspirants for exam centres in Manipur. A new NEET 2023 exam date will be announced for such aspirants later.
NEET is conducted in pen and paper-based mode for admission to 1,01,388 MBBS, 27868 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 603 BVSc, and AH seats. As per the NEET 2023 exam pattern, the exam contains 200 questions, of which aspirants need to answer only 180. NTA NEET 2023 question paper will include questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. In NEET 2023 exam, 4 marks will be given for every correct answer, one mark will be deducted for every wrong answer and no marks will be given for any unanswered question.
The NEET 2023 provisional answer key along with the question paper and OMR sheet will be released by the NTA a few days after the exam. Candidates will be able to challenge the NEET 2023 provisional answer key and OMR sheet by paying Rs 200 for every challenge answer.
