HPPSC: Class I Gazetted Officers (Dental surgeons, Graduates)

Posts offered:

• Medical Officer (Dental) Class-I, (Gazetted): 11 posts on contract basis of Consolidated fixed contractual amount @ Rs.21000/- PM
• Naib Tehsildar Class-II (Gazetted): 13 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.10300-34800 grade pay Rs.4200/-

Eligibility:
Medical Officer (Dental):

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the institute recognized by the Dental Council of India.
• Registered with the State Dental Council.

Desirable Qualification:

• Post Graduate Degree (MDS) in Dentistry.
• Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh & suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

Naib Tehsildar:

• Graduate or its equivalent from any recognized University/ Institution.

Desirable Qualification:

• Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh & suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

Age:

• Medical Officer (Dental): 45 years and below
• Naib Tehsildar: 21 to 45 years (as on January 1, 2010)

Note: There is five years relaxation in upper age for SC/ ST/ OBC/ WFF Persons with disabilities of Himachal Pradesh. For H.P. Govt. employees and Ex-servicemen of H.P. relaxation is as per Government instructions.

Selection process:  On the basis of written test and interview
