AIIMS MBBS 2015 merit list and result declared on June 18
The merit list and result of AIIMS MBBS 2015 exam has been announced on June 18, 2015 by the examination authority by All India Medical Sciences (AIIMS). According to officials, the result has been declared for only those candidates who have scored qualifying marks in AIIMS MBBS 2015 entrance exam. The result of AIIMS MBBS 2015 has been declared according to roll number and rank wise of candidates.
AIIMS MBBS 2015 result will be declared for only those candidates who will score the qualifying marks in the entrance exam. Candidates can check the AIIMS MBBS 2015 qualifying marks for the table given below.
AIIMS MBBS 2015 Qualifying Marks
OBC (Non Creamy Layer)
Based on the marks scored by candidates in AIIMS MBBS 2015 entrance exam, AIIMS will prepare the merit list. And, as per the rank in AIIMS MBBS 2015 merit list allotment 672 MBBS seats in 7 AIIMS institutions located at New Delhi, Bhopal, Patna, Jodhpur, Rishikesh, Raipur and Bhubaneswar. Among 672 MBBS seats in AIIMS, 72 are in AIIMS Delhi and reaming 600 seats are in 6 new AIIMS. Each new AIIMS has 100 seats for MBBS programmes.
AIIMS MBBS 2015 examination was conducted in two shifts on June 1, 2015 at around 154 centers across India. According to students who appeared for the medical entrance exam, the paper was tough in terms of difficulty level with Physics being the toughest among the four sections and Biology and General Knowledge being the moderate.
AIIMS MBBS 2015 entrance exam paper had 200 questions from 4 different sections. Each section, Physics, Chemistry and Biology carried 60 questions and another section of General Knowledge had 20 questions. One mark will be allotted for each correct answer and there will be a negative marking of 1/3 for wrong answer.

In your Neet 2020 examination , you will have a total of 180 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology .
45 questions will be from Physics,
45 questions from Chemistry, and
90 questions will be from your biology.
4 marks will be awarded to you for every correct answer
there is negative marking of one mark for every wrong answer
No mark is deducted for unanswered questions
Duration of examination is 3 hours

You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let me know in comment .
In neet 2019, 610 marks was the lowest marks that was required for general category for getting a mbbs seat in B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad under Gujarat state quota

But cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
So , you should try to get at least 650 marks to be on the safer side
