The Supreme Court on Tuesday, May 26 deferred any decision for re-examination of AIPMT 2015 stating if the beneficiaries of the answer key leak are identified there would be no requirement for conducting the examination again. The vacation bench led by Justice A K Sikri instead directed the Haryana police to expedite its probe to find the perpetrators who allegedly benefitted from the AIPMT 2015 answer key leak.

The Court further said that since the probe was in progress, it would not like to direct re- conduct of the exam.
The next hearing for the case is on June 3, 2015. Additional Solicitor General Maninder Singh said the entire investigation would take months to complete.
Meanwhile, the Haryana Police informed the Court that it had identified the outlet from where 72 SIM cards of three different telecom service providers were procured. However, the leader of the group, Roop Singh Dangi is still at large.
Earlier on May 21, the court had directed the Haryana police to find the beneficiaries of the AIPMT 2015 answer key leak stating that a re-examination of the exam was the last resort.
The most sought after medical entrance exam, AIPMT 2015 landed into controversy after Haryana police busted an exam racket with the arrest of four people for allegedly leaking AIPMT 2015 Answer Keys. The arrested four had allegedly passed on AIPMT 2015 answer keys to students using vests with SIM card units and Bluetooth enabled earpieces during the All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT).

Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You haven't mentioned your Category. BDS seats are filled through 15% All India Counselling and 85% State Counselling. Now not all the Top Dental Colleges are in the same State which means for the Colleges that are not in your State, you have to appear for All India Counselling. Then the cut offs will be relatively higher. All in all, to speak in generic terms, if you belong to General Category, you will need atleast 550 and if you belong to Reserved Categories, you will need 500.
AIIMS doesn't have BDS Course. It has MBBS, PG courses, Nursing Course and Post Basic Nursing course. But it doesn't have BDS. And for PG courses, AIIMS has AIIMS PG and for B.Sc courses, it has its own Entrance examination. But for admission to MBBS, NEET is the entrance examination. Admissions are conducted through All India Counselling for admission to all the 15 branches of AIIMS.
In NEET the number of questions are 180 with total marks 720 and in physics 45 questions, chemistry 45 questions and in biology it is 90 questions.
