Meanwhile, CBSE has requested the Supreme Court not to cancel the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) as the candidates who cheated in the exam can be thrown out even at a later stage when their complicity is established.
Filing its affidavit, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has sought a permission of the court to issue the merit list of candidates so as to avert disturbing the entire academic schedule for 2015 - 16. According to the conducting body, identification and removal of candidates who had used illegal means was possible as the medical colleges have a deadline of September 30 to finish all admissions academic for 2015-16 session.
“Even after the declaration of AIPMT 2015 result, the police authorities can continue with the investigation process and the culprits, who are identified to have used unfair means, can be identified by the board and actions can be taken according to the rules,” CBSE stated in its affidavit.
The examination authority also highlighted many difficulties in conducting re-test of AIPMT 2015 because arrangement for the exam requires at least 120 days as it has to find exam centers, free Sunday all over the country and police personnel, invigilators and other exam conducting staff.
Earlier on June 3, the apex court had restrained the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) from declaring the results for AIPMT 2015 till June 10. The examination authority CBSE had earlier scheduled June 5 as AIPMT 2015 result announcement date.
With reference to the probe on the AIPMT 2015 Answer key leak case, the Court had given Haryana Police one week to find the perpetrators of the alleged AIPMT 2015 answer key leak.
On May 26, the bench led by Justice A K Sikri had directed the Police to expedite its probe and identify the beneficiaries of the answer key leak.
Following a notice from the Supreme Court, CBSE had issued a press release on confirming that the answer key of AIPMT 2015 had not been leaked. The body had, in fact, released the official answer keys of AIPMT 2015 on May 18, on the same day as the SC issued the notice regarding AIPMT.
However, the controversy led various students and institutions to file petitions for re-examination of AIPMT 2015 following which the Court directed the Haryana Police to speed up its probe.
The national level medical entrance exam, AIPMT 2015 landed into controversy after Haryana police busted an exam racket with the arrest of four people for allegedly leaking AIPMT 2015 Answer Keys on May 3, 2015. The arrested four had allegedly passed on AIPMT 2015 answer keys to students using vests with SIM card units and Bluetooth enabled earpieces during the All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT).

Your seat allotment depends on your rank, marks, category and preferences. You need to score the minimum cut off marks to get seat in a college. The cut off marks changes every year depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc. In 2019 a candidate with 325 marks belonging to SC category secured seat in Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellur, Mandya. As per the recent notification by the neet conducting authority, they have allowed management quota based admission for their MBBS program.
Their are certain requirements as per which you will be granted admission through management quota, These are :-
All general category students in order to secure management quota should have 50 percentile and a score of 137 out of 730.
You are suppose to check requirements under management quota of the state you are applying in through their official college website because different state medical colleges have different management quota policy.
BAMS college without neet exam admission

ALL THE BEST.
Iam from general category. What if i score 230 marks in NEET 2020....am i able to get admission in Mahatma gandhi medical college jaipur???? Im from Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan... please reply
The cut off in 2019 for Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur was 470 marks for general category under 85% state quota counselling. Considering previous year cut off marks you may not get seat in this college with 230 marks. You need to score above 470 marks to have decent chances of getting seat in this college as cut off may increase or decrease depending on total number of seats available, total number of candidates applied, previous year cut off etc.
