Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the examination authority of AIPMT 2016 has released AIPMT 2016 Admit Card on April 7. Candidates can download AIPMT 2016 Admit Card by entering their registration number and date of birth. It must be noted that that AIPMT 2016 Admit Card will not be sent by post or any other means hence candidates need to download it.

The AIPMT 2016 admit card will mention candidate’s information like name, roll number, registration number, father’s name, date of birth, gender, language of question paper, examination centre address, examination guidelines, etc.

 

Candidates will have to report allotted test centre along with AIPMT admit card for appearing in entrance exam which is schedule to be conducted on May 1, 2016. According to CBSE, on the exam day entry for candidates will be opened 2 hours and 30 minutes before the commencement of the test. No candidate after 9:30 AM shall be allowed to enter in the examination centre. A candidate who does not possess the valid AIPMT Admit Card 2016 shall not be allowed to enter to the examination hall under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent.

 

AIPMT 2016 will be conducted for 3 hours beginning form 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM. The exam will be held in pen and paper based mode and question booklet will have a total 180 questions from Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany subjects. As per the AIPMT 2016 exam pattern, each correct answer will reward 4 marks and for each incorrect answer 1 mark will be deducted.

 

AIPMT 2016 is a national level entrance exam conducted for admission to approximately 3500 MBBS and BDS seats offered under 15% All India Quota seats in government medical and dental colleges of India except institutions in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu & Kashmir.

Gauri, NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. CETs have been replaced by NEET and NEET is a national level entrance examination. Now NEET is mandatory even to study MBBS abroad. CETs conduct the State Counselling of their respective States and that is it. NEET remains the sole Medical Entrance Examination for MBBS, BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses.

I am from Kolkata and I will give neet this year.i am under general category.how much do I need to score to get chance in a good govt college like NRS or Calcutta medical college or others?

In 2018 under State Quota, 533 marks secured a seat in Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College and 509 marks secured a seat in Calcutta Medical College. Now this is 20188 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs depend on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Considering all these factors, you should aim for atleast 550 and more.

On average, how many people take the NEET exam from Rajasthan
