The AIPMT 2016 online registration begins from December 15, 2015 as per the official release announced by conducting body Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The application form of AIPMT 2016 can be filled on or before January 12 without late fee and with late fee till February 10, 2016. Candidates can fill the AIPMT 2016 application form in the online mode and no any other mode of application form filling will be accepted.
The registration process of AIPMT 2016 is a three stage procedure where the first stage involves obtaining the online registration number while the second and third stages include uploading photograph and making payment through the online mode or Bank Challan.
AIPMT 2016 will be conducted on May 1, 2016 in the offline mode for 3 hours. The AIPMT 2016 question booklet will have 180 multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany. Further, there will be 45 questions from Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany.
Candidates who will be at least 17 years of age on or before December 31, 2016 are eligible to fill the application form. Along with this general category candidates must have passed or will be passing class 10+2 or equivalent exam with 50% marks while the qualifying marks for SC / ST / OBC category candidates is 40%.
AIPMT 2016 is national level exam conducted for admission to as many as 3,500 MBBS and BDS seats under 50% All India Quota in government medical and dental colleges of India except institutions in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu & Kashmir.

Yes you can give NEET after 12th exam and the eligibility criteria to sit for the NEET exam is class 12 only so you are good to go. First go through the syllabus and try to complete the portion which is in your class 12 so that you will left with only class 11 for revision and deep learning.
