AP PG MET 2015 has been conducted in online mode on March 1, 2015 at 12 centers across Andhra Pradesh state. Based on the feedback from experts and students, the paper was tough in terms of difficulty level. AP PG MET 2015 conducted by Dr. NTR University Of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh for admission to as many as 2450 seats in MD, MS and Diploma programmes in 29 medical colleges of Andhra Pradesh.

 

According to officials, AP PG MET 2015 is conducted for admission to 85% of the seats in MD/MS and Diploma programmes is reserved for local candidates of Andhra Pradesh state.

Some of the topics included in AP PG MET 2015 are Anatomy, Physiology, Bio-Chemistry, Surgery and Allied Subjects, Medical and Allied Subjects, Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine and SPM.

Candidates who have appeared in the exam can check AP PG MET 2015 answer key after the exam to know their score. They can also check their rank in the entrance exam by using AP PG MET 2015 rank predictor.

 

The result of AP PG MET 2015 and merit is expected to be declared on March 7, 2015. The cut off score of the exam will be declared after the result is out. AP PG MET 2015 cut off score depends on factors such as availability of seats, number of applicants and difficulty level in the entrance examination. As per the officials, minimum cut off marks for qualifying AP PG MET 2015 is 50% for OC, 40% for SC, ST & BC and 45% for differently abled candidates.

In case of equality of marks in the Computer Based (Online) Entrance Test total percentage of marks in MBBS (excluding PPC and Non-medical subjects of 1st year integrated MBBS course) up to 2 decimal places shall be taken into consideration for fixing the relative merit of the candidates. If the marks in AOP PG MET 2015 and MBBS marks are equal, the date of birth of the candidate shall be taken into consideration and the older candidates shall be given higher place in the AP PG MET 2015 merit list.

Dear Sreenivasan, NBE hasn't released NEET PG official notification and schedule yet. As of now, all we have is a tentative schedule. The official notification will be released tentatively during the 1st or 2nd weeks of November. To be eligible for NEET PG, you should be able to complete your 1 year Mandatory Internship ateast by March 31st,  2020. how many phsically handicapped seats qouta in M.D.S in government Colleges .........in neet pg M.D.S

hello aspirant,

there are total 1352 seats are available in government colleges in india for M.D.S. however as per the rules of government of india 3% seats are reserve for physically handicapped candidate, (only for physically handicapped with the locomotory disorders and that too with disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% as per MCI regulation) . so total 40 seats are for physically handicapped.

is any minimum markes in mbbs criteria for neet pg 2020?

Greetings!

You will be happy to know that there's no minimum percentage which needs to be obtained by medical graduates to be eligible for neet pg . To be eligible  for neet pg  medical graduates are required to possess Indian Medical Council Act 1956 recognised MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate. Candidates are required to mandatorily have permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification which is to be issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC) and candidate must complete their one year internship on or before March 31, 2020 to be eligible for Neet pg 2020. when I open any college profile, there is written - (Exams accepted Neet UG,Neet PG. etc) what does that mean?

Dear Utsav, that actually means the College in particular has MBBS, MD,MS courses and the admissions to these courses are through NEET UG, NEET PG,etc. Apart from MBBS, courses like BDS, Ayush, Veterinary sciences also conduct admissions through NEET. In some States, courses like Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy also accept NEET score. So, if you are searching for any Medical College, this information showing up is pretty normal.

How many attempts are allowed for NEET PG exams?

Dear Priya, there is no upper age limit for appearing for NEET PG and also there is no cap on the number of times one can appear for NEET PG. As long as you fulfil the eligibility crtieria, you are eligible to appear for NEET PG. Having said that, with amendments to NMC Bill, in the next 3 years, NEET PG may be scrapped. Until then, NEET PG will be the entrance exam for admission to MD/MS courses.
