The cut off marks varies every year.
In order to get admission in government medical colleges of Kerala, you need to score around 550+. This mark can bring you good government college for MBBS degree. So study well, practice and solve previous years papers, give mock tests.

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 13th Nov, 2019

Gauri, NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. CETs have been replaced by NEET and NEET is a national level entrance examination. Now NEET is mandatory even to study MBBS abroad. CETs conduct the State Counselling of their respective States and that is it. NEET remains the sole Medical Entrance Examination for MBBS, BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses.

I am from Kolkata and I will give neet this year.i am under general much do I need to score to get chance in a good govt college like NRS or Calcutta medical college or others?

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 13th Nov, 2019

In 2018 under State Quota, 533 marks secured a seat in Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College and 509 marks secured a seat in Calcutta Medical College. Now this is 20188 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs depend on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Considering all these factors, you should aim for atleast 550 and more.
