COMEDK UGET Medical 2016 entrance exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 8 in online mode across various designated centres at various cities of India. Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) conducts COMEDK UGET Medical 2016 for admissions to 700 MBBS and 800 BDS seats in in 14 medical and 25 dental institutions of Karnataka. COMEDK UGET Medical 2016 exam will be conducted in two sessions i.e. morning and forenoon session. The time allotted to each session of COMED UGET Medical 2016 is 2 hours.According to COMEDK UGET Medical 2016 exam pattern, morning session of the online test will be for Physics and Chemistry subjects and forenoon session is allotted for Biology and English papers. The online question question booklet of COMEDK UGET Medical 2016 will have 240 multiple choice questions. For each correct response candidates will score 1 mark and no mark to be deducted for incorrect response.
The application procedure of COMEDK UGET Medical 2016 will start from March (tentatively). The application form can be filled in online mode and requisite exam fee can be paid through online payment gateway or through demand draft.
Only those candidates are eligible to apply who will be of 17 years of age on or before December 31, 2016. Candidate must have passed 10+2/HSC recognized by State / Central Government with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) with English as a compulsory subject. The qualifying marks for general category candidates is 50% while 40% for SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka State.
The result will be declared for only those candidates who will score the qualifying marks in the entrance exam. The passing mark for general category is 50% while 40% for SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka State.

The fees of colleges in COMEDK depends on whether you have the Domicile of the state or not. If you are Domicile of the state then your course fees will range from 25000 to 1 lakhs but if you are not the resident of that state then your fee range will be from 90000 to 2 Lakhs per Annum.
