Dr. D Y Patil AICET 2015 Application Form Available from March 17
The application form for Dr. D Y Patil AICET 2015 will be available from March 17, 2015. According to officials, interested candidates can either download or purchase the application form from the university counter or from designated Andhra Bank on payment of requisite fee.
Candidates must note that Dr. D Y Patil AICET 2015 application form can be purchased from the university office on the payment of Rs. 500 in cash or Demand Draft. The application form can also be purchased through a requisition letter with the name of the course opted for, correspondence address with contact details and email address, along with a demand draft of Rs. 600.
The last date of submission of application form without late fee is May 9, 2015 and with late fee is May 15, 2015.
As per Dr. D Y Patil AICET 2015 eligibility criteria, an applicant must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or should be of the eligible age on or before December 31, 2015. Applicants should have been born before January 1, 1999.
The applicant should also have passed 10+2/Higher Secondary School Examination/equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects at the time of application. Candidates appearing for 10+2/HSC are also eligible to apply for Dr. D Y Patil AICET 2015.
Other important criteria are that the applicants should have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and if they belong to general category and 40% in case of SC/ST category.
Mostly, questions will be asked on the basis of HSC/10+2 syllabus. The question paper booklet given to the candidate consists of 200 multiple choice types questions which are to be answered in 3 hours.
Dr. D Y Patil AICET 2015 will be conducted on May 23, 2015 for as 150 seats in MBBS and 100 seats in BDS programme.

As per the age criteria for NEET, candidates need to attain 17 years by 31st December of that appearing year, so yes you can appear for NEET based on this.
You also need to fulfill other eligibility criteria as mentioned below;
Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, those having Biology as an additional are also eligible to apply.
PCB aggregate against each category as mentioned below should be attained;
- UR - 50%,
- OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
- PWD - 45%

Actually your overall % obtained in class 12th board examination is not considered for Neet eligibility , only your aggregate in PCB is considered
And you have not mentioned your aggregate in PCB i.e physics chemistry and Biology .
Neet eligibility criteria says that,
to be eligible you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (pass in both the theory and practical ) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st .
If you fulfil this criteria then only you are eligible for NEET
