Himachal Pradesh University has decided to accept AIPMT 2016 Result for providing admissions to 7 medical and dental colleges in the state, Himachal Pradesh. The state will not conduct any Pre medical Test (PMT), however, a merit list will be released on the basis of AIPMT 2016 Results. AIPMT 2016 will be conducted on May 1 by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the result will be declared on or before June 5, 2016.The allotment of 85% State Quota seats and 15% All India Quota seats in govt. medical and dental colleges of Himachal Pradesh will be done on the basis of AIPMT 2016 Result and Merit List. The merit will be released separately for All India Quota and State Quota seats.
Candidates who wish to pursue MBBS and BDS programmes in govt. medical and dental colleges of Himachal Pradesh have to appear in AIPMT 2016.
As per the Himachal Pradesh 2016 admission eligibility criteria, candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English with 50% marks taken together. Candidates must hold a domicile certificate of Himachal Pradesh state.
The application forms of Himachal Pradesh Medical 2016 admission will be released, tentatively, in the April, 2016. Candidates, who will appear in AIPMT 2016, have to mandatorily fill Himachal Pradesh Medical 2016 admission in order to become eligible for 85% State Quota seats.

Yes you can give NEET after 12th exam and the eligibility criteria to sit for the NEET exam is class 12 only so you are good to go. First go through the syllabus and try to complete the portion which is in your class 12 so that you will left with only class 11 for revision and deep learning.
