Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) has announced JIPMER MBBS 2015 for admissions to undergraduate medical programmes including MBBS and BDS for academic session 2015. JIPMER MBBS 2015 Online Application will begin from March 2, 2015 while the undergraduate medical examination shall be conducted on June 7, 2015. JIPMER officials said that a candidate applying for JIPMER MBBS 2015 needs to qualify 10+2 examination from a recognized board. Prof. S. Mahadevan said, “The institute shall be conducting JIPMER MBBS 2015 Entrance Exam on June 7, 2015 for admissions to 145 MBBS seats. Candidates need to qualify 10+2 examination securing 50% of the total marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology.”

Candidates may apply for Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) MBBS 2015 through JIPMER MBBS 2015 Online Application Form between March 2, 2015 and May 4, 2015.
JIPMER MBBS 2015 shall be conducted by Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research as Online Distributed System (Single Shift Entrance Exam) on June 7, 2015.
Candidates applying for JIPMER MBBS 2015 Applications will need to remit an application fee of Rs. 1000, in an online mode only, using any of the facilities including Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking.
JIPMER MBBS 2015 is the undergraduate medical entrance examination recognized as Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research MBBS Entrance Exam for admissions to MBBS programmes, for as many as 145+5*medical seats conducted by JIPMER. state level counselling for 85% seats will be organized separately by the respective state authorities . Candidates appearing for NEET 2020 and clearing NEET cut off required by the RESPECTIVE COLLEGES can apply for admission in that college through counselling.
But as you have mentioned about three states, these all three states are open states where students from other states can also do counselling and get MBBS seat.
you can participate in counselling 2020 of three states ie Kerala, Andhrapradesh and Tamil Nadu.
But conditions are applied for different states which are as follows
(1) Kerala - If you will appear for neet from Kerala or you have domicile of Kerala then expected cut off for general category is 447+ , for obc is 366+
cut off will be higher for non domicile students ie 493+
(2) Andhra Pradesh - it is also open state where other state students can apply.
for non domicile students fees will be higher ie 13 lakh per annum and cut off 287+
(3) Tamil Nadu - for non domicile students fees willb higher ie 10 lakh per annum and cut off 300+
