JKCET Medical 2016 exam dates have been rescheduled to May 14 and 15, 2016 as per the official notification released by the exam conducting authority, Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE). The reason behind rescheduling of exam dates has not been stated by the Controller of the Examination.In an earlier notification released on January 22, 2016, the exam conducting authority had announced May 21 and 22, 2016 as the exam dates for providing admissions to various medical professional courses in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu and Kashmir Common Entrance Test, commonly known as JKCET Medical 2016 is a state level entrance exam. Admissions to around 700 MBBS and BDS seats in medical and dental colleges of Jammu and Kashmir will be offered on the basis of the entrance exam, JKCET Medical 2016.
As Jammu and Kashmir State does not participate in All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) therefore 15% All India Quota seats are not reserved in various medical colleges of the state.

Yes you can give NEET after 12th exam and the eligibility criteria to sit for the NEET exam is class 12 only so you are good to go. First go through the syllabus and try to complete the portion which is in your class 12 so that you will left with only class 11 for revision and deep learning.

There is no upper age limit till the Supreme Court passes its judgement on it. If no barrier occurs by Supreme Court then you can surely give the exam
