The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has declared KCET Medical 2016 result on May 28, 2016. Candidates, who appeared in KCET Medical 2016 conducted on May 4 and 5, can check their result through the official link given on this page. This comes after the Supreme Court directive allowing the state run medical colleges to remain outside the ambit of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for a year.KCET Medical 2016 result has been declared for those candidates only who have scored a minimum of qualifying marks as per their respective category. The qualifying marks for General Category candidates is 50% of the total marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects while 40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates.
Based on KCET Medical 2016 result, KEA will prepare a merit list of all qualified candidates. Based on the merit list, candidates will participate in the counselling for allotment of 3300 MBBS seats in 42 medical and 830 BDS seats in 38 Dental colleges of Karnataka. The counselling of KCET Medical 2016 is scheduled to be conducted, tentatively, in the month of June in offline mode.

It is generally advised to go through NCERT Books because most of the questions asked are from NCERT. If you complete NCERT Books then almost 85-90% questions will be asked from this book only so you will be having better chances of scoring.
But for complete detailed information and knowledge you can go through JD Lee organic chemistry.

Dear Sudipta, NTA hasn't released any official notification regarding NEET 2020 yet. However it has released an official schedule. From 2020. the admission to AIIMS and JIPMER also will be through NEET scores. So NEET will be conducted for approximately 1,10,000 MBBS seats in Medical Colleges across India.
