Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) has declared KIITEE Medical 2016 result on May 4. However, the announcement of result came 11 days in advance, as it was scheduled to be declared on May 15, 2016. The examination conducting authority has declared the result for those candidates only who have secured a minimum of 50% marks in the entrance exam.Candidates who had appeared in the entrance exam, KIITEE Medical 2016, held in online mode from April 21 to 30, can check their result below from the link mentioned on this page.
To check KIITEE Medical 2016 result, candidates have to login through their application number and date of birth. KIITEE Medical 2016 result card will specify candidate’s name, application number and total marks scored.
Based on the candidate's score, the exam conducting authority, KIIT, will release a merit for all qualified candidates' stating their All India Rank in the national level entrance exam.
The counselling of KIITEE Medical 2016 is scheduled to be conducted from June 2 to 15 for providing admissions to as many as 200 MBBS and BDS seats in the university.

Yes you can give NEET after 12th exam and the eligibility criteria to sit for the NEET exam is class 12 only so you are good to go. First go through the syllabus and try to complete the portion which is in your class 12 so that you will left with only class 11 for revision and deep learning.
