MP DMAT 2016 will be conducted by Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh (APDMCMP) on May 15, 2016, for admissions to MBBS and BDS programmes across the participating institutes of MP DMAT 2016 in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The exam conducting authority has also made available the application form of MP DMAT 2016. Aspiring candidates can fill up and submit MP DMAT 2016 Application Form till May 10, 2016. Desirous candidates must send the filled-in application form of MP DMAT 2016 to Office of the Association of Private Dental & Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh, DMAT Office, E-2/51, Arera Colony, Bhopal – 462016 (M.P.) along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 3,000 in favour of APDMC, payable at Bhopal. This amount of Rs. 3,000 will be charged as application fee.
APDMCMP has also released the prospectus and examination schedule of MP DMAT 2016.

Selected branches of State Bank of India (SBI) on payment of Rs. 3000 (cash)
All participating colleges / Association Office on payment of Rs. 3000 through cash/demand draft in favour of APDMC payable at Bhopal. For candidates, who wish to avail by post facility provided by the Association Office/Participating Colleges for application form, need to remit a DD of Rs. 3200 (including postal charges).

MP DMAT 2016 will be conducted for admissions to MBBS and BDS courses at 1,050 MBBS seats in 7 participating private medical colleges and at 1,320 seats in 14 participating private dental colleges of Madhya Pradesh.

Yes you can give NEET after 12th exam and the eligibility criteria to sit for the NEET exam is class 12 only so you are good to go. First go through the syllabus and try to complete the portion which is in your class 12 so that you will left with only class 11 for revision and deep learning.
