Punjab PMET 2016 is schedule to be conducted on May 15 at different designated centers in Punjab. The examination authority, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot has announced the examination date of Punjab PMET 2016 for admission to approximately 800 MBBS seats in 8 Medical and 1200 BDS seats in 11 dental colleges of Punjab.The Punjab PMET 2016 will be conducted in pen and paper based mode for 3 hours duration. The question booklet will have 200 multiple choice questions based on the syllabus as prescribed by examination authority. According to Punjab PMET 2016 exam pattern, question booklet will have 50 each of Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology subjects and each question will carry 4 marks.
Candidate who will be of 17 years on or before December 31, 2016 and have passed 10+2 examination or other equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually with requisite percentage are eligible to appear for Punjab PMET 2016.
The application form of Punjab PMET 2016 can be filled in online mode from the month of March (tentatively). While filling application form candidates have to upload their scanned photograph, signature and left thumb impression of the prescribed specification. The examination fee of Punjab PMET 2016 is Rs. 5000 for General and Rs. 2500 for SC category candidates which can be paid through the bank challan. Candidates can get printout of their online Punjab PMET 2016 application form after locking their application form. Once the application form is locked it cannot be edited.

Nitin, once the correction window has been closed, you cannot make changes to your application form. Even NTA doesnt entertain any mails or requests for correction in Category not does it make any changes on your behalf in the application form. So unfortunately, the Category that you have chosen will remain in the application. And you will be considered as a Candidate belonging to General Category.
Based on this NEET MDS score, the chances are very less to get a seat in All India Quota seats. However you can check your other admission chances in Deemed Universities.

The medical cutoff for Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will be released by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
The cutoff will be category specific and will be different for two courses, i.e. MBBS and BDS.
In 2019, the BHU cutoff for Medical college for SC category was 15572, and for BDS college it was 85693.
This year also, the cutoff is expected to be around the previous year cutoffs.
