RPMT 2014 Answer key published for the third time; results in Doldrums
The RPMT 2014 answer key has been revised for the second time by the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, leaving over 40,000 candidates in a state of deep confusion. This is the third time that the authorities have published the answer key where 86 questions have been found to be wrong compared to the previous revision were 59 questions were wrong.
The conducting body, RUSHRAJ, already mired in controversy has, in its second revision deleted the wrong questions. Earlier, the authorities had decided to give a bonus of four marks to students for every wrong question.
For any doubts and queries related to the exam call the RPMT 2014 Exam Helpline at 011-40360360.
According to Shailendra Maheswari, Director, Career Point, the decision to delete the questions was apparently taken at the behest of the State Health ministry.
However, Mr. Maheswari is not sure if the decision would have any impact on the RPMT 2014 cutoff.
“It is the same thing at the end of the day. Whether the students are given bonus marks or the question are deleted, the tally will remain same”, he said
But, the decision was taken when students from different slots complained that their performance might be affected due to variation in the wrong questions. The bonus marks created a variation in the marking system as the different slots had different questions which were wrong. For example, if a candidate appeared for Slot 1 on May 29, where 19 questions were wrong, he /she stood to gain 76 marks, while a candidate appearing for Slot2, which had 6 wrong questions could gain just 24 marks.

Another point of issue is that coaching centres are now claiming that besides the mentioned 86, there could be more questions that are suspicious, and are, hence, questioning the reliability of RPMT itself. Career Point’s director believes, at least, 22 more questions could be wrong.
Mr Brijesh Maheswari, Director, Allen Kota, says that RUSHRAJ needs to re-examine its examination process.
“How could they let such mistakes to happen?” He asked. “It is better to retake the exam then be under the suspicion of wrong questions”
Authorities at RUHSRAJ have not responded to any query by Careers360.

In the upcoming time, whenever you fill the NEET UG entrance exam's application form, you will have to choose the qualification code as per your degree.
You haven't mentioned whether you did undergraduation during the time after 2013 or didn't go for any course.
So, if you took drop and didn't go for any course in between, your code will be 2. Else, it may vary as per the qualification accordingly.
