As per 2018 Maharashtra admission eligibility, You should have the domicile of Maharashtra to get admission in Government or Private colleges of Maharashtra, Other state students can apply for Deemed Universities of Maharashtra for MBBS or BDS programme.

The National Testing Agency will release the NEET 2019 Cut off along with result by June 5. As per previous year data, unreserved category candidates had to score at least 119 marks in NEET 2018 in order to get equal to or above the 50th percentile

Yes you are eligible for all private collages but you have to pay donation for any college i.e., university or institutions selected by you.you have to pay fee yearly fee also.
My suggestion is to write one more time go with free seat preference
