Admission to MBBS and the BDS courses is completed through the NEET UG Exam.

However, the institution named AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Science) in Patna does not consider the NEET score for admission. They conduct a separate entrance examination for admission.
The total number of MBBS seats available with different government medical colleges in Bihar is approximately 550 per year. The lower age limit for MBBS admission is 17 years and the upper age limit is 25 years.
For Postgraduate course
Candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree in medical science with 50% or more marks from a recognized institution.
