The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the All India AYUSH Postgraduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET 2025) for granting admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy courses. As per the latest update, the AIAPGET 2025 counselling round 2 schedule has been revised. The choice filling for round 2 can be done from October 13 to 14. The round 2 seat allotment result, which was released on October 9, has been withheld for all streams.
AIAPGET 2025 counselling is conducted by AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) for admission to All India Quota (AIQ) seats. The remaining state counselling authorities will conduct AIAPGET seat allotment for state quota seats. The NTA released the AIAPGET 2025 result on July 30 at the official website along with the cutoff. Based on scores obtained by the candidate, the AIAPGET merit list 2025 is released, while separate merit lists are prepared for Ayurvedic, Homoeopathy, Yoga, Unani and Siddha courses.
Admission will be granted to around 2274 seats in MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha & Homoeopathy courses offered in AYUSH Colleges, Institutions, & Universities/ Deemed Universities in India. The AIAPGET result for 2025 will be announced online and will include the cutoff, which must be secured to pass the entrance exam. The cut-off of AIAPGET is the minimum qualifying percentile that must be secured to pass the AYUSH PG entrance test.
Earlier, the NTA issued the AIAPGET answer key 2025 on July 14. The AIAPGET 2025 exam date was July 4, 2025. As per the AIAPGET 2025 exam pattern, 4 marks were given for every correct answer, one mark was deducted for every wrong answer, and no marks were given for any unanswered question.

AIAPGET All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (session 2025)
AIAPGET result 2025 has been announced in the form of a scorecard. Candidates can check AIAPGET result online by entering their roll number, date of birth and security pin. To qualify for the exam, it is mandatory to secure the AIAPGET cutoff percentile 2025. For the general category, the minimum qualifying percentile is 50th, while for SC/ST/OBC, it is 40th. AIAPGET result 2025, which will be valid for a particular session, mentions the name, roll number, total marks, subject-wise scores, All India Rank, category rank and cutoff marks.
In case of more vacant seats left under each category, the central government in consultation with CCIM may lower the AIAPGET cutoff percentile and marks for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses in AYUSH. Using the scores obtained in AIAPGET 2025, NTA will release a combined merit list and separate merit lists will also be prepared for Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Unani and Siddha. AIAPGET merit list 2025 will mention the rank of candidates and counselling details.

AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) conducts the counselling of AIAPGET 2025 for admission to All India Quota seats. AIAPGET counselling 2025 will be conducted online based on ranks secured in the entrance exam. The seat allotment of AIAPGET 2025 for AIQ seats will be organised in two rounds.
During the registration process for AIAPGET 2025 counselling, aspirants will be required to fill in their choices of colleges and courses in which they wish to get admission. Based on these preferences, All India Rank, seat availability, reservation criteria and other factors, admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma under AYUSH courses will be granted.
The counselling for remaining state quota seats under state/UTs/deemed/AYUSH colleges and other institutes will be done by respective counselling committees. The designated admission bodies will use the scores of AIAPGET 2025 to prepare state wise rank list for the allotment of seats.

If your NTA application is in the general category, you cannot directly apply under the BCM (Backward Class Muslim) quota in Tamil Nadu state counseling. The BCM quota is a reserved category specific to Tamil Nadu, and your application must reflect your eligibility for that quota.
