About NEET SS 2021
The National Board of Examinations (NBE) conducts the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Super Specialty also known as NEET SS for admission to 2,447 Doctorate of Medicine (DM) and Master of Chirurgie (MCh) seats in 156 institutes across India.
As per the latest news, NBE will conduct the NEET SS 2021 exam on January 10, 2022. The hall tickets for the NEET SS 2021 is available on the official website nbe.edu.un. The authorities have released the NEET SS 2022 admit card, only for the registered candidates. The admit card must be carried by each candidate at the NEET SS 2021 exam centre on the exam day. The exam will be conducted in a computer-based mode. wherein, a total of 100 multiple-choice questions will be asked.

NEET SS 2021 result will be released on the official website in PDF format. Only candidates securing the NEET SS cut off percentile will be considered qualified in the entrance exam. The cutoff scores for NEET SS 2021 will be announced along with the result for 32 super-specialties, while the cutoff percentile is 50 irrespective of all categories.
Those who will qualify the exam will only be eligible to download the NEET SS 2021 scorecard. Based on the NEET SS 2021 result, eligible candidates will be called for the counselling process, which will be conducted by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC).
There will be a total of 2 rounds in the NEET SS 2021 counselling, wherein, candidates will be required to enter their choice of courses and colleges. Based on the choices filled, seats available, NEET SS rank, reservation criteria, and other factors, admission to DM and MCh seats will be granted. Aspirants selected for NEET SS 2021 counselling will be required to report at the designated colleges for verification of documents and the admission process.

NEET SS 2021 Eligibility Criteria
It is mandatory for candidates to fulfill the eligibility criteria of NEET SS 2021 to appear for the entrance exam. The following are the NEET SS eligibility criteria 2021 which can be checked below.
- For appearing NEET SS, aspirants require to hold a postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) or any equivalent examination.
- Aspirants who complete their Postgraduate degree on or before November 30, 2021, are eligible to apply for NEET SS 2021. Candidates without the degree will not be allowed to fill the application form.
- Applicants must have provisional or permanent registration certificate issued by the State Medical Council (SMC) or Medical Council of India (MCI), which they must also furnish at the time of examination.
NEET SS eligibility criteria for foreign nationals:
Foreign nationals who wish to take the NEET SS examination for admission to a particular specialty can fulfill the certain eligibility criteria:
- MCI registration certificate is not required by the Non-Resident Indians to appear for NEET SS but they need to be registered with the respective medical authority of their country.
- A temporary registration will be provided to such candidates till the duration of postdoctoral degree after qualifying the exam.
- This registration will be limited to the college/institution in which anyone gets admission into.

How to fill NEET SS application form 2021?

Step 1 - NEET SS registration
In this step, aspirants need to register themselves by visiting the official website. Then, click on the new registration tab and enter personal, contact details as well as captcha code. Verify the details mentioned in the NEET SS application form and submit it. A confirmation message will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID mentioning user ID and password.
Step 2 - Filling NEET SS 2021 application form
Using the login credentials, user ID and password, aspirants need to login to their NEET SS applicant portal. Thereafter, click on the link of fill NEET SS application form and enter the asked personal, academic, contact and other information. It is important to enter the details carefully.
Step 3 - Uploading the documents and choosing exam centres
Here, aspirants need to upload the passport size photograph, signature and left hand thumb impression at the time of filling the application form of NEET SS 2021. After uploading of relevant documents at the time of NEET SS application form 2021, candidates need to provide their preferences of exam centres in which they wish to take the exam. Step 4 - Payment of application fees

After the exam, NBE will announce the NEET SS 2021 result for all 32 specialities in online mode. NEET SS 2021 Counselling
Mode of Counselling: Online
The counselling of NEET SS 2021 is conducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for admission to 2447 DM and MCh seats. A total of two rounds will be conducted wherein, candidates will be required to register for each round separately. After the NEET SS counselling registration process for each round, aspirants will need to provide their preferences of colleges as well as specializations in which they wish to take admission into. On the basis of these preferences, NEET SS rank, seat availability, reservation criteria and other factors, the seat allotment of NEET SS 2021 will be done.
Once the seats will be allotted, shortlisted candidates will need to report at the respective college for completion of admission process and document verification. Before reporting at the colleges, aspirants will need to download the NEET SS allotment letter indicating the personal details, category rank, date and time to report at the colleges. In case, if the candidate is not satisfied with the allotted college, he/she can opt an option for withdrawal/refusal and can appear for NEET SS counselling subsequent rounds.

Nowadays, after completing an MD/MS, it is almost mandatory to pursue a DM/M.Ch as the number of PG seats available increases year after year, as does the competition. I'm listing here the MD/MS courses that students can take to get into the appropriate DM/M.Ch courses.
Varying states and institutes have different requirements for which super-specialty courses can be completed while completing which MD/MS courses. Because 90% of these conditions are the same in all institutes or states, students must manually check their local states' list of permitted super-specialty courses.
MCI Regulations are more significant than State and Institute rules. It describes all DM/ M. Ch courses as well as the prerequisite MD/ MD courses for a candidate to be qualified for super specialised courses.
