You will be eligible for DNB through NEET PG 2019 if crossed 50% eligibility criteria for DNB Counselling. DNB Councelling will be seperate from MD/MS Counselling. DNB Counselling will be conducted by NBE only. It is quite difficult to give you the exact rank for this.
