Sorry, but as a PCM (physics, chemistry, and mathematics) student, you are not eligible for the BSc nursing program/course. Primarily the eligibility criteria set by most institutions is that the candidate must have passed the 10+2 with PCB as a compulsory subject. But some institutes accept PCM students if they have biology as an additional subject.

Some private nursing colleges offer direct admission based on Class 12 marks (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English). These colleges usually take students through management quota or merit-based selection without a common entrance exam. You need to contact the college admission office directly or check their official website to confirm availability of direct admission seats.

Government colleges and most reputed private colleges give admission only through entrance exams. Common entrance exams include NEET-UG (in many states), state-level nursing entrance exams conducted by state authorities, or university-level exams. Admission is done through counselling based on exam rank.
