NEET Admit Card 2019 - National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET 2019 admit card for candidates who couldn't appear in the exam on May 5 owing to various unavoidable reasons in online mode on May 15. The NEET 2019 exam for such affected candidates will be conducted on May 20. NTA had earlier informed that it will re-conduct NEET 2019 exam for Odisha candidates affected by Cyclone Fani and for a few candidates from Siliguri (West) Bengal and Karnataka who couldn't take the exam. The notifications stated that the UG medical exam will now be conducted on May 20, 2019, from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM. The admit card of NEET 2019 which has been re-issued can be downloaded from this page. It may be recalled that all the seven exam cities in the state of Odisha had to be cancelled owing to cyclone Fani. The list of candidates from Siliguri and Karnataka who are eligible to appear in the NEET 2019 exam has been provided below.

Candidates must login and enter the NEET application number, date of birth and security pin to download their NEET UG 2019 Admit Card. Re-downloading NEET admit card 2019 due to correction/change in 86 exam centres
As per the official notification by NTA, the NEET test takers had to re-download NEET UG 2019 admit card from the link available above due to correction/change of 86 test centres. The exam authority has specified that the address of test centres has been corrected/changed due to General Elections of Lock Sabha and other unavoidable reasons. NTA has notified the registered aspirants through email, SMS and voice messages and have advised them to download the fresh admit cards to check the new exam centre allotted for NEET exam, which is to be held on May 5, 2019.

Around 15.19 lakh medical aspirants had registered for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - NEET 2019. Out of these, 2,19,883 applications were from the state of Maharashtra thus making it the state with the highest number of participants. How to download NEET Admit Card 2019?

Candidates who were appearing in the pen-and-paper-based exam were able to download the NEET 2019 admit card in online mode from official NTA website. The step-wise procedure to access the admit card is described below:

Step 1: Click on the "Download NEET admit card 2019" link below.

Step 2: Enter Application number, date of birth, and security pin and then click on ‘Submit’ button. (As given below in image)

Step 3: The NEET admit card will be displayed on the screen in downloadable PDF format.

Step 4: Download and take a printout of the admit card of NEET 2019.

Note: Before taking a printout of the admit card, ensure that details like name, gender, etc. are correctly displayed; or else get in touch with NTA officials to get it rectified.

Apart from the admit card of NEET 2019, candidates also had to carry with them other documents like valid photo ID proof. The complete list of such documents is listed below:

  • One passport size photograph (same as uploaded while filling the NEET application form)
  • A valid photo ID proof - PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar Card/Ration Card or any other valid IDs issued by the government.
  • PwD certificate (only for PwD candidates)

Forgot NEET Registration No? How to retrieve NEET admit card 2019?

  • If you have forgotten your registration number, click on the "Forgot Registration Number" on the NTA NEET website.
  • Enter the following details - Candidate’s Name, Mother's Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, Category and security pin.
  • The Registration number of NEET 2019 will be displayed.
  • Use the same to download the NEET admit card.

What if NEET 2019 admit card is lost?

If you have lost the NEET admit card, then check the email received from NTA after April 15. Since NTA will have mailed you a copy of your admit card of NEET 2019, you can download it and use it.

No access to Internet - how to get NEET admit card 2019?

Candidates who did not have internet facility were given the provision to download their admit card at the nearby Common Services Centres (CSC) to download their admit cards. More than 2.4 lakh CSCs across India were made available for aspirants to download the NEET admit card. NEET 2019 Admit Card - Exam Centres (Statewise)

NEET exam was conducted in more than 2500 exam centres in 154 cities across the country. The address of the exam centre was mentioned on the NEET admit card 2019 along with other details. Candidates may note that the exam centres were allotted randomly from the preferences entered by candidates during the application process. NEET Admit Card 2019 – Exam Day Instructions

NEET 2019 admit card mentions important instructions which must be strictly followed by candidates at the exam hall during the test. Candidates can check the important NEET 2019 exam day guidelines below.

  • Students should reach the exam centre well in advance. Reporting starts at 12 pm while the last entry is at 1.30 pm.
  • There will be jammers in place as well as biometric verification in addition to frisking to ensure malpractices are not committed.
  • Aspirants should not carry stationery items, written or printed textual material, water and eatables, geometry and pencil box, handbag, purse, any kind of paper, docu-pen, slide rules, or log tables. Electronic gadgets including mobile phone, microphone, pager, calculator, camera, tape recorder, watches, and microchip are also not allowed inside the exam hall.
  • Students should avoid wearing light clothes with half sleeves or long sleeves. They should also not wear shoes. Jewellery is to be avoided as they will be asked to remove the same.
  • Candidates who come in cultural/ customary dress should report at least by 12.30 noon so that there is enough time for proper frisking.
  • Candidates should not carry any prohibited item or article including any stationery item, communication device, accessories, eatable items, ornaments or any other material or information relevant or not relevant to the examination
  • Impersonation or copying is prohibited. Not following the examination rules or breaching any of them is also punishable.
  • Candidates must not tear the answer key or any page of the booklet. They are also debarred from taking the answer sheet out of the exam hall.
  • Manipulation and fabrication of online documents like NEET admit card 2019, photo ID, self-declaration, etc. is a punishable offence.
  • Any forceful entry/exit in/from examination centre/hall or threatening of the centre official is also punishable.
  • Candidates are debarred from using any electronic device after entering the exam hall.
  • They should avoid affixing/uploading of morphed photograph on the admit card
  • They are not allowed to erase or obliterate any information printed on the OMR sheet; They should not provide incorrect information on the answer sheet.
  • Candidates indulging in malpractices will be debarred for 3 years and also liable for criminal action. The results of such candidates will also be cancelled.
  • Diabetic students will be allowed to carry to carry eatables like sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/ orange) and transparent water bottle but they cannot carry packed foods like chocolates/candy/sandwich etc

Exam Day Instruction inside the exam hall

  • Candidates should produce the NEET 2019 admit card when asked by the invigilator, sign on the admit card and the attendance sheet in front of the invigilator. They must also allow the invigilator to verify their photo ID.
  • A photograph must be affixed on the attendance sheet so candidates must also furnish the same in the exam hall.
  • They must first read the instructions, fill their details correctly in the space provided on the OMR sheet.
  • They must not talk or indulge in conversation with the next person in the exam hall.
  • Candidates cannot leave the exam hall till the exam concludes.

What after NEET 2019 exam?

After the exam concludes, candidates can refer to the NEET 2019 answer key that has been released by leading coaching centres like Aakash, Allen Kota, Resonance, Entrance360 etc. They can calculate their probable scores by comparing their answers with the ones given in the answer key of NEET.

Candidates at this point of time are advised to safeguard their NEET 2019 admit card as it will be required during counselling and admission process.

Question: I am unable to download my admit card of NEET 2019? What should I do?

Answer: First, check whether you have entered the correct login credentials. Second, has your application been successfully submitted? If yes, then the next thing to do is to clear browser cache history.

If you still can't download your NEET admit card, then contact NTA at the helpline number.

Question: I have no access to a computer. How can I download my NEET admit card 2019?

Answer: You can either go to a nearby cyber cafe to get a printout or you could even download it on your mobile and get it printed at a nearby printing shop. One other option is to go to the nearest Common Services Centre (the list is given on to download the admit card.

Question: If I forget my NEET admit card or the photo or the valid photo ID, can I appear for the exam?

Answer: No, you will not be allowed to appear in the exam. It's better to keep the admit card of NEET 2019 and other documents ready a day before the exam so as to avoid forgetting such important documents.

Question: Do I have to preserve the NEET 2019 admit card after the exam?

of NEET Answer: Yes. Besides the entrance exam, the admit card of NEET UG 2019 will also be used for subsequent processes like counselling and admission.

Question: If I misplace or lose NEET admit card, can I get it again?

Answer: Yes. NTA will have sent the admit card via email. Check it up and download it. However, try to preserve the original after the exam is over as it will be required during counselling.

Question: If the signature is not clear in the NTA NEET admit card 2019, what should I do?

Answer: Please email NTA with a copy of the admit card, your application form and ask them to rectify it otherwise you will face a problem in appearing for the exam.

Question: What is the need to carry a photograph along with the admit card of NEET 2019?

Answer: This is to avoid malpractices. Candidates will have to affix the photograph on the attendance sheet, put a signature in the exam hall in front of the invigilator who will match it with the one printed on it as per the records (uploaded during the application process).

Question: What is the need for the second signature in the NEET admit card if NTA has one in their records?

Answer: This is to ensure that genuine candidates are appearing for the exam. So students will have to sign again on their admit card and the attendance sheet. It is to be noted here that the signature should match in all places so don't change the signature at the last minute.

Question: Should I take a coloured or black/white printout of NEET UG 2019 hall ticket?

Answer: Take a coloured printout of the admit card when appearing for the exam. Keep two to three copies of hall ticket of NEET for admission purposes.

Question: If my name in the admit card of NTA NEET 2019 is incorrect. How can I rectify it?

Answer: In this or any such matter like correction of parents’ name, wrong date of birth or else, candidates must immediately contact the National Testing Agency through the helpline numbers or mail the details along with the application form as proof.

Question: What should be the specifications of passport size photograph which is to be affixed on NEET admit card?

Answer: The passport size photograph to be pasted on the admit card should be the same as uploaded in the application form. It is advisable to keep 8 to 10 copies of the photo used in the application for this and admission process.

Question: Is it mandatory to get the signature of my parent on the hall ticket?

Answer: Yes, the admit card should be signed by a parent as an undertaking to ensure the adherence of NEET 2019 entrance examination.

Question: The passport size photograph pasted on hall ticket should have the name and date of birth mentioned on it?

Answer: As per the notice on NTA, the photograph uploaded by candidates without white background, name and date of birth are also acceptable for the academic year 2019-20. So, you will be allowed to appear for the exam even if your photograph on the NEET hall ticket 2019 does not have the name and date of birth.

Question: Can I re-download NEET admit card 2019?

Answer: Candidates could download the admit card for May 5 exam till May 5, 2019. Also, note that a soft copy will also be sent to your registered email ID, so you can download it anytime you want.
