What are Do’s and Don’ts While Solving NEET PYQs? To get the most out of previous year questions, it's important not just to solve them but to solve them strategically. Many students make mistakes that reduce the effectiveness of their PYQ practice. Here’s how to avoid them and maximise results in NEET 2026.
Solving without completing the syllabus
Attempting PYQs without a solid grasp of concepts leads to guesswork.
Not simulating exam conditions
Practising NEET sample papers casually won’t build speed or exam temperament.
Ignoring explanations and solutions
Skipping answer analysis misses the chance to learn why an answer is right or wrong.
Focusing only on getting answers right
This leads to memorisation rather than understanding patterns or logic.
Neglecting time analysis
Not tracking how long questions take can hurt performance during the actual exam.
Follow these NEET 2026 preparation tips to make your PYQ practice more effective:
Complete the most important chapters before solving related PYQs
Practice papers in a timed, distraction-free environment
Review each question-especially the ones you got wrong

Thank You. Hope this information helps you to apply properly.
firstly, for NEET the main requirements are ur own details.. ur name, ur dob, photo, signature and identity proof.. if ur mother's name is slightly different on ur 10th marksheet and her aadhar card, it usually doesnt create any issue during NEET admission or registration as well.. however if there is a major difference then u should consider getting the aadhar updated to avoid confusion during counselling or document verification
