Candidates whose applications are found with mistakes or discrepancies will be intimated about the same within 15 days from the closure of the registration. Thereafter they will be given a week to  rectify the same.

However, inspite of that, if it doesn't work out, I would suggest you to call them at their helpline +91-11-45593000, Monday to Friday from ,9.30 am to 5.30pm. May I know if you uploaded the documents? If not, please send the following documents along with a copy of the confirmation or acknowledgement mail. A copy of Passport, copy of MBBS pass certificate certified by the embasdy, copy of 10+2 pass certificate, copy of date of birth proof, copy of internship certificate, copy of 10+2 marks list, 2 photographs, copy of Address proof to the mail id fmge.cc@natboard.edu.in. 

However if you have already uploaded your documents and still you receive a mail, I would suggest you resend them with a copy of the mail that you sent the documents the first time. 

There have been complaints of the same nature. I would suggest you to wait for couple of hours before you retry. The helpline usually responds in 24-72 hours. As you have already mailed them, I would suggest you to wait to hear from them. Alternatively you can reach out to their helpline at +91-11-455930000, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm..

Hi Bhavana, 

I presume you are talking of FMGE 2018 December session exam to be held on 14th of December. Yes, this is for new aspirants. By new aspirants I mean, candidates who are appearing for the FMGE exam for the first time. Those who have sent the documents before are only required to send their roll number of the last FMGE exam one appeared in.

Please read the clause given in the information bulletin for submission of documents to NBE via email: 

Online submission of application form of FMGE does not confirm your eligibility for FMGE. You are required to submit the prescribed documents to NBE through email at fmge.cc@natboard.edu.in latest by 15th November 2018 failing which your candidature for FMGE shall stand cancelled and candidate will not be allowed to appear in the test. Fulfillment of the eligibility criteria is essential requirement for any candidate to appear in the test.

Candidates who have appeared in Foreign Medical Graduate Examination in the past and have been declared unsuccessful and have already submitted their scanned documents to NBE at e-mail ID :fmge.cc@natboard.edu.in are not required to submit their scanned documents again. Such a candidate will be required to mention his/her roll no. issued in the last FMGE in which he/she has appeared.

Hello di, I also got a mail regarding eligibility certificate/neet UG result deficiency, actually I had copy of result that's blurred so I contacted with bta for result they provided me result in written form with nta stamp , I upload in FMGE form but got rejected, and nbe people says read bulletin info and upload, can you tell what's should I do now

The candidate has to submit the documents JPG format or embed them into PDF format and send them by no later than November 15th 2018. Its advisable to send the documents in both JPEG and PDF formats. If there are any discrepancies in your documents, you will be notified at your email id. Hope this helps!
