If you appeared NEET PG 2018 then you can not get admission in 2019 Session as 2018 NEET PG score is not valid for NEET PG 2019 admission.

Yes it is mandatory to do 1 year internship in India after passing your FMGE examination. You can apply in any medical college for the same after receiving your passing certificate. You may choose the subject to do internship in the specific duration.
