In the year 2020 aiims will not have any separate exam it is combined in neet.
There will be a common entrance test NEET from 2020 onwards. You will not have to prepare separately for AIIMS or JIPMER. They all are included under NEET. Qualifying candidates will be assigned the medical college based on the marks and ranks they score .

For SC category you will require atleast 40 percentile in NEET exam to get admission in AIIMS.
According to the latest eligibility criteria for NEET 2020:-
A student must have passed 10+2 or appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry,
/Biotechnology and English as
core subjects or Biology as additional subject also
from a recognized board is eligible for NEET.
According to the latest eligibility criteria for AIIMS 2020:-
An aspirant must have completed their Class 12 or appearing in 12th from CBSE/ISC/State Board with Physics, Chemistry,
and English as the
main subject or Biology as additional subject also
to be eligible for AIIMS.
From the eligibility criteria mentioned above for NEET as well as AIIMS, a student having
Biology as an
optional subject is eligible
for any of the both exams.

Earlier AIIMS use to conduct its own examination but it has been merged with NEET examination and you need to score very high in NEET to get admission in AIIMS Delhi . You need to score at least more than 600 for surity . For general category students , even more than that.

Admission to AIIMS will be conducted at All India Counselling. So under OBC Category for AIIMS, your score should be nothing less than 625-650. This is because at All India level, the cut offs are usually higher. And coming to AP, it depends on the area you are a locale to i.e AU, OU and SVU. Now in 2018, the cut offs for BC Category under various areas have been as follows:
Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
