NEET exam 2025 will be conducted in a pen-and-paper mode. The NEET 2025 syllabus comprises Physics, Chemistry and Biology from both class 11 and 12 textbooks. The NEET 2025 exam will be conducted in 13 different languages. Eligible candidates are required to fill NEET application form in online mode. The authority will issue the NEET admit cards for the successfully registered candidates. The authority will release the NEET answer key a few days after the conclusion of the exam. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts NEET counselling based on NEET 2025 scores for 15% of all AIQ seats in government colleges and 100% for deemed/central universities, ESIC/AFMS, AIIMS, and JIPMER. The state counselling authorities conduct counselling for the remaining 85% of state quota seats.

The NEET AIQ counselling process comprises four rounds: rounds 1, 2, 3, and stray vacancy round. A seat gets allocated according to the choices selected by applicants, the rank in the NEET 2025, and the availability of seats and reservations. NEET UG 2025 counselling process includes registering, choosing courses, and paying the registration fee.
