In India neet is the only entrance exam for mbbs . You will have to appear for Neet.
Gujcet is applicable to other paramedical courses and not mbbs .

The candidate must have passed class xii with minimum 50% marks in physics , chemistry and biology from any government recognized university . English is also mandatory subject .

Though Neet is the mandatory entrance exam for veterinary science too but there are many colleges that offer bvsc seats without neet.
Admission to BVSC can be got through ICAR AIEEA and CG PAT .
