Below is the step-by-step guide on filling out the NEET PG 2026 application form for the candidate’s reference. Medical graduates can complete the application form in six steps.
To register for NEET PG 2026, candidates will have to click on the link provided on this page. Candidates will be redirected to a new window where they will have to click on NEET PG 2026 registration. An instruction page will appear on the screen. After reading the guidelines carefully, candidates will have to click on the ‘Proceed’ button to move further. The next page will display the flowchart and details for online submission of the application form of NEET PG 2026. Click on ‘proceed’ for new registration and enter basic details for NEET 2026 registration.
Once the registration details are complete, candidates can either click on the ‘save and proceed’ button or the ‘save and exit button’ in case they wish to complete the application form later. No opportunity will be provided after the NEET PG 2026 registration last date.
NEET PG candidate ID generation: If a candidate selects the ‘save and proceed’ option, the candidate ID is generated and is sent to the registered email ID and mobile number of the applicant. Also, candidates have to change their password for security purposes.
NEET PG login page: Once the password is changed, candidates will be directed to the NEET PG login window. By entering the candidate ID, password and provided captcha code, candidates have to log into the portal. Candidates can check the image of the candidate login below.

On successful login, the registered details in the NEET PG 2026 application form will appear on the screen. Candidates wishing to edit or update the details can do the same by clicking on the ‘edit’ button. Otherwise, they can click on ‘proceed’ to complete the remaining NEET PG form fill up 2026 process.
Candidates have to enter the below-mentioned details in the NEET PG 2026 application form.
Personal details: Name, date of birth, gender, nationality, etc.
Qualification details: Qualifying exam (MBBS), exam status, state, university details, state of Class 10 and 12
Academic details: Total marks secured in MBBS exam
Internship details: status of internship (completed/undergoing), start and completed date of the internship, total days of internship
Medical registration details: Registration type (permanent or provisional), registration date and number, issuance authority
Once all the details are entered, candidates must verify and then click on ‘save and proceed’ to move for the next step.
Moving further in the application form process, applicants have to choose the preferred city/location where they want to take the exam. Selecting the NEET PG exam centre 2026, candidates can check the availability of seats in different cities. The selection of the NEET PG 2026 exam city is done based on first come first served. The authority releases the list of NEET PG 2026 exam centres along with the information brochure.
Note: Candidates must note that the NEET PG exam city is confirmed only after the successful payment of the application fee. Once the application fee is paid the final NEET PG exam city appears on the screen with the availability of a seat. Applicants have to click on the ‘select’ option for confirmation of the exam centre.
After selecting the exam city, candidates are required to upload the scanned images of their passport-size photograph, signature and left-thumb impression, as per the specifications set by the authority. Once the passport-size photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression are uploaded, a confirmation message is displayed on the screen. Medical graduates then have to click on the ‘Accept’ button to redirect to the new page.

Before choosing the preferred exam city, candidates have to click on the option of online payment for submitting the NEET PG 2026 form. The application fee of NEET PG 2026 can be paid in online mode through credit/debit cards or net banking. Once the payment is done, a new page indicating the payment details appears on the screen and the payment receipt is generated. Candidates can either click on ‘print’ to get a copy of it or proceed to the next step.

Once all the steps are done, the filled application form of NEET PG 2026 will be displayed on the screen. Candidates must print the application form and preserve it for future reference.
NBE allows candidates to edit/rectify their application forms by opening the NEET PG 2026 correction window. However, applicants can edit only a few details, candidates should use the opportunity to correct the filled details in the application form as the details mentioned in the application form are later verified at the time of counselling and joining the designated college/institute. NBE releases the NEET PG hall ticket on the official website of NBE. Only successfully registered candidates can download their NEET PG 2026 admit card from nbe.edu.in using their login ID and password.
