NEET PG Application Form 2019 – The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the NEET PG 2019 application form on November 2, 2018. The last date to complete the online registrations was November 22, 2018. Due to several queries regarding incorrect information given by the aspirants, the regulatory authority has released a notification stating the fields which can be modified in the application form of NEET PG 2019. The corrections in the NEET PG application form can be done till December 26, 2018. Also, the authority has released the list of fields which can not be altered. Candidates whose application form has been corrected and accepted by the authority can download the NEET PG admit card issued from December 30. A link to download the same is provided below.

The application form of NEET PG 2019 was only available in online mode. NEET PG 2019 was conducted on January 6 as a computer-based test. The MBBS aspirants seeking admission to Masters of Surgery (MS) and Doctor of Medicine (MD) in government and private medical colleges, Deemed and Central Universities were required to fill NEET PG 2019. Candidates who have completed their MBBS course with 12 months compulsory rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2019, can apply for NEET PG. Candidates who have submitted the application form on or before the last date are able to download the NEET PG admit card from December 30, 2018 and the link for the same is provided below.

Due to several queries for corrections in the application form of NEET PG 2019, the conducting authority National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released a notification stating the details which can and cannot be edited, which are mentioned below.

Fields which cannot be edited:
- Name of candidate
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Testing city
Note: Candidates are suggested to be careful which editing the details in the application, as no other chance will be provided to modify the details. Also, the details mentioned in the application form will later be verified at the time of counselling and joining the allotted institute.
Aspirants must check eligibility criteria prior to filling the application form of NEET PG 2019 to confirm whether they are eligible or not. The basic NEET PG eligibility conditions which they must fulfil are mentioned below:
Applicants must have completed their MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate from a recognized medical institute of India.
Candidates must possess a provisional or permanent registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC).
As mentioned earlier, aspirants must have completed their 12 months rotatory internship or likely to complete on or before March 31, 2019.

How to fill NEET PG Application Form 2019?
The elaborated procedure on how to fill NEET PG 2019 application form is provided below. It must be noted that all the steps are mandatory for successful submission of application form.
Step 1: NEET PG online registration
To start registration, candidates can click on the link provided on this page, as soon as the NEET PG application form is released. In this section, the fresh applicants have to use the new registration link and the registered aspirants need to login with their candidate ID and set password.
Once clicking on NEET PG registration, a new instruction page is displayed on the screen. After reading the guidelines carefully, click on ‘Proceed’ button to move further. The next page will display the flowchart and details for online submission of NEET PG 2019 application form, click on ‘proceed’ for new registration.
In the next stage, aspirants need to enter their basic personal, address, ID proof and contact details such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, permanent address, Aadhaar card, valid mobile number and email ID. Also, read the declaration and click on the box to accept the declaration.
After completion of NEET PG new registration details, candidates either have to click on ‘save and proceed’ button or ‘save and exit button’ if they wish to complete the application form later.
Generation of NEET PG candidate ID: Once selected ‘save and proceed’ option, the candidate ID is generated to the aspirants and the same is sent to the registered email ID and mobile number of the candidate. Also, students are required to change the password.
NEET PG login page: As soon as the password is changed, candidates will be directed to NEET PG login window, where they have to login using their candidate ID, password and provided captcha code.
Step 2: Filling of NEET PG application form 2019
Once the candidate login successfully, the registered details in NEET PG 2019 application form appears on the screen. If any aspirant wishes to modify or update the details, they can do it by clicking on ‘edit’ button. Else, they can click on ‘proceed’ to complete the remaining NEET PG registration process.
The following details need to be entered in NEET PG application form:
Personal details - name, date of birth, gender, nationality etc
Qualification details – qualifying exam (MBBS), exam status, state, university details, state of Class 10 and 12
Academic details – total marks obtained in MBBS exam
Internship details – status of internship (completed/undergoing), start and completed date of internship, total days of internship
Medical registration details – registration type (permanent or provisional), registration date and number, issuance authority
Once all the details are entered carefully and verified by the aspirants, click on ‘save and proceed’ to move for the next step.
Step 3: Choosing the NEET PG exam centre
Here aspirants need to choose the preferred city/location where they want to take the exam. For the selection of exam city, aspirants can check the availability of seats in different cities. The selection of NEET PG exam city is based on first come first serve.
Note: It must be noted that the NEET PG exam city will be selected only after the successful payment of application fee. Once the application fee is paid the final NEET PG exam city will appear on the screen with the availability of a seat. Aspirants have to click on ‘select’ option for confirmation of the exam centre.
Step 4: Uploading of images in NEET PG application form
Once the exam city is selected, aspirants have to upload the scanned images of passport size photograph, signature and left-thumb impression, as per the specifications set by the authority. Check the prescribed specifications for uploading the scanned images from the table below.

After uploading the passport size photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression, a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen. Aspirants are required to click all the ‘accept’ buttons to redirect to the new page.
Step 5: Payment of NEET PG application fee
Before choosing the preferred exam city, click on the option of online payment for successful submission of NEET PG form. The application fee can be paid in online mode through credit/debit cards or net banking. Check below the application fee for NEET 2019.

After successful payment, a new page indicating the payment details appears on the screen and the payment receipt is generated. Candidates can either click on ‘print’ to get a copy of it or proceed to the next step.
Step 6: Printout of filled in NEET PG application form 2019
Once all the details are completed, the filled in application form of NEET PG 2019 will appear on the screen, which must be printed. The printout of NEET PG application form must be preserved for future references.
NEET PG Application Form 2019 correction window
The competent authority, NBE will open the facility of NEET PG application form correction window to edit/modify/alter some incorrect information. The correction window will tentatively open from December 7 to 14, 2018, to allow candidates rectify the incorrect details. However, there were some fields which will be blocked for editing, while some other data can be edited. Thus, it is advised to verify the details while registering for NEET PG 2019 or else candidates may face problems during the NEET PG counselling session.
