At 500 marks you may get private college , which college yph eill get depends upon neet cut off 2024. Cut off changes every year abc depends upon number of factors such as students appeared,  difficulty level of exam,  normalisation process,  seat intake and previous year's cut off.

As cut off keeps on changing every year abd it depends upon many factors including number of students appeared in exam,  difficulty level of exam,  normalisation process,  seat intake and previous year's cut off etc.

Looking at 2023 nih cut off :

National Homeopathy Institute of Kolkata,  BHMS cut off for general category candidate was rank between 74689 to 78159.

Now with 360 marks in Neet 2024 , your expected rank with general category will be between 3, 40,501 to

3, 43,000 .

So you have chances of getting bhms seat in nih .

Considering you as a general category candidate , it is not possible  to get a bams seat with just 140 marks in Neet.

The qualifying percentile For general category is 50 th percentile ie score between 720 - 137 so looking at this range you are just at border line so sorry but it's very difficult but you must wait for results and neet cut off.
