Get UpdatesThe Combined Paramedical, Pharmacy, and Nursing Entrance Test, commonly known as CPNET, is a state-level examination conducted by the Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS) to facilitate admissions into various esteemed institutions offering courses in Pharmacy , Paramedical, and Nursing .
The UPUMS will soon announce the CPNET 2024 exam date along with the information brochure. The candidates will have to fill out the application form through the official website upums.ac.in before the closing date of the online application form. CPNET 2024 admit card will be released in online mode for registered aspirants. The CPNET 2024 will only be conducted in the English language for 2 hours in online mode and will consist of 100 MCQs. After the successful completion of the exam, the CPNET 2024 result will be declared by the conducting authority.
Those who will qualify for the exam will be invited to the CPNET 2024 counselling session. which will be conducted online. Candidates appearing for the CPNET 2024 can check the eligibility guidelines for the different courses mentioned below.
The candidate must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh and possess regional domicile as a prerequisite.
However, if the applicant holds an intermediate or graduation degree from Uttar Pradesh, he/she can apply even without the domicile.
The applicants should be at least 17 years old. The upper age limit is set at 35 years for all the candidates who wish to appear for GNM.
As for the ANM course, candidates must be 30 years or older to be considered.
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the mandatory subjects with a minimum of 45% marks (Unreserved) and 40% (Reserved).

Steps to be followed to fill up the application form
Step 1: Visit the website, upums.ac.in
Step 2: Click on “Click here for New Registration” and register with the name, Date of Birth, Email ID, and mobile number
Step 3: After successful registration, candidates will receive the User ID & Password on his/her registered mobile number and Email ID.
Step 4: Log out and click on “Click here to log in for Registered User” with the allotted user ID and password.” The following details need to be completed during the filling up of the application form.

Once the application process is complete, the authority will release the CPNET 2024 hall tickets for registered aspirants. The CPNET 2024 admit card contains vital information such as the candidate's name, photograph, examination centre, date, and time.
It is imperative for candidates to carry a printed copy of their admit card along with a valid photo ID to the examination centre.

The authority releases the CPNET 2024 results on the official website. Students will be able to check their CPNET result 2024 by entering the application number, password or date of birth.
How to check the CPNET 2024 result?
Go to the official website upums.ac.in.
Click on the link provided for the result under the “NOTICE” section on the official website.
Log in by entering your roll number and date of birth or using the login credentials received during filling up the CPNET 2024 application form.
After successful login, the result will be displayed in the form of a scorecard.
Take a printout of the scorecard for future reference.
After the result declaration, the authority will release the first merit list of the candidates who qualified in the CPNET 2024 with a Common Merit Rank. The candidate will have to book the seat online as per his/her choice by making a payment of Rs. 500 (non-refundable/ non-adjustable).
The candidate will have to secure a seat by paying (online) an amount of Rs. 5,000/- for seat locking (to be adjusted or deducted from admission fees of the respective institute, forfeitable or non-refundable if the candidate leaves this course/documents mismatch during physical verification at respective Institute) if the allotted seat satisfies his/her choice.
Candidates may skip to pay or lock/confirm the seat and may participate in a second counselling if it does not satisfy his/her choice of course/institution.
Steps for CPNET 2024 Counselling and Seats Allocation
Post the declaration of the result, the option to join and preference of courses will be available. Candidates will have to register for the CPNET 2024 counselling by making a payment of Rs.500.
The admission cell will allot the seat from the candidate’s preferred choice of Course and Institute based on Common Merit Rank and respective Categories/ Sub-Categories and display the allotment list on the website.
If the candidate agrees to take admission to the allotted course then he/she will have to deposit Rs.29500 online for the Degree course and Rs 25000 for a diploma course.
If the fee is not deposited in the prescribed time period, assuming that the candidate is not interested in admission, this seat will be allotted to another candidate as per rules and no claim of the previous student will be entertained.
