Aspirants should have a domicile certificate of Uttar Pradesh only. Students from other states are not eligible for CPNET 2026.
Students should have completed the 10 + 2 standard from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Maths with English as a mandatory subject
The candidate’s age must be between 17 to 35 years as on December 31, 2026.

Here's a step-by-step guide to fill the application form of CPNET 2026.
Step 1 : Click on the “New Registration” tab to register himself/herself.
Step 2 : Candidate has to fill the below mentioned details on the page that appears

Select the preference of the course you want to apply for from the dropdown menu. (B.Pharm, GNM, ANM)

Step 3 : Create a password and confirm the same and after entering captcha, click on “Register”. Candidate receive the user ID and password on their registered mobile number and email ID
Step 4 : After completing the registration process, come to the homepage and login using the credentials received on the email ID and mobile number. After successful login, the candidate land on the application portal of CPNET 2026 where they need to fill the following details.

Step 6 : After successfully uploading the documents, click on the “Submit Application” button. The candidate are redirected to the payment page.
Step 7 : Select the payment mode and pay the required application fee as mentioned by UPUMS for CPNET 2026. The fee can be paid via Debit/credit card, UPI, e - wallet. After the successful payment, the candidate get an option to download the application form in PDF format. Download the application form for future reference. An email is sent to confirm the successful submission of the application form.
