CPNET 2025 basic eligibility criteria

• Aspirants should have a domicile certificate of Uttar Pradesh only. Students from other states are not eligible for CPNET 2025.

• Students should have completed the 10 + 2 standard from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Maths with English as a mandatory subject

• The candidate’s age must be between 17 to 35 years as on December 31, 2025.

The candidates are advised to gather the following documents to avoid any last moment hassle during CPNET registration in JPEG format only -

• High school certificate

• 10 + 2 standard or any other equivalent certificate along with marksheets

• Left thumb impression

• Recent Passport size Photograph

• Candidate’s Signature

• Domicile certificate

• Caste certificate (if applicable)

How to fill the CPNET application form 2025?

Here's a step-by-step guide to fill the application form of CPNET 2025.

Step 1 : Click on the “New Registration” tab to register himself/herself.

Step 2 : Candidate has to fill the below mentioned details on the page that appears

1. Are you an Indian citizen

2. Select the preference of the course you want to apply for from the dropdown menu. (B.Pharm, GNM, ANM)

3. Name of the candidate

4. Gender

5. Date of birth

6. Mobile number

7. E-mail ID

Step 3 : Create a password and confirm the same and after entering captcha, click on “Register”. Candidate receive the user ID and password on their registered mobile number and email ID

Step 4 : After completing the registration process, come to the homepage and login using the credentials received on the email ID and mobile number. After successful login, the candidate land on the application portal of CPNET 2025 where they need to fill the following details.

1. Personal details

2. Category

3. Religion

4. Marital status

5. Father’s name (As per the 10th certificate)

6. Mother’s name (As per the 10th certificate)

7. Aadhar card number

8. Identification mark

9. Correspondence address

10. Permanent address

2. Educational qualifications

1. School of 10 + 2 standard with board of secondary education

2. Subjects

3. Total marks

4. Obtained marks

5. Percentage/ CGPA (CGPA should be converted to percentage as per the criteria decided by the board)

Step 5 : Upload the below mentioned documents in the appropriate format and size.

1. 10th and 10 + 2 standard marksheets

2. Caste (if applicable) and Domicile certificate

3. Coloured Photograph, left thumb impression and signature

Step 6 : After successfully uploading the documents, click on the “Submit Application” button. The candidate are redirected to the payment page.

Step 7 : Select the payment mode and pay the required application fee as mentioned by UPUMS for CPNET 2025. The fee can be paid via Debit/credit card, UPI, e - wallet. After the successful payment, the candidate get an option to download the application form in PDF format. Download the application form for future reference. An email is sent to confirm the successful submission of the application form.
